Bought a truck from a smoker and thought I could clean it myself... I was wrong. Took it to West Side and they really took care of it. See for yourself... super happy with the service. Considering the amount of time put into it(many hours) and amount of product needed for the job, it was well worth the price. They're really cool people too. Thanks guys!

Came to this business because of their reviews; well, they don't disappoint! They went over and above my expectations and even stayed open a little later to wait for me to arrive. Their detail to their craft is phenomenal! Social, down to earth staff, great pricing, and no BS. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to give their car a brand new look or for regular detailing work.

This could be a really long story, but I will just say that the staff at the shop did everything they could possibly do to keep me as a customer, and make me satisfied.I drive a Tesla model S, and the organic paint that they use isn’t as easy to restore as more traditional finishes. Tanya not only discounted my job, but also offered to do a detail on my other car too, at a greatly reduced rate. The second car (with a harder, thicker traditional paint job) looks showroom fresh, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.Now, she’s considering another product to being into her shop, specifically for Teslas, and has invited me to be the “sample” car. She’s been communicative, helpful, and timely since the beginning, and has continued to dive deeper into better solutions to perfect the looks and paint protection of my cars. You can’t ask for much more than that.

Tanya and Tom did an amazing job! I took my 2011 GTI to West Side for a polish and wax. I hadn't polished or waxed the car for years and the paint had all kinds of gunk, fallout, scuffs and stains. The paint now looks as new. Really happy with the results! Will be visiting West Side again, highly recommend.

These guys are great. Very professional and knowledgable. Did a cut polish on my car to get rid of some burned in chemical stains and scratches. The car looks like brand new! They take their time but do a really, really good job.

I've never had my car detailed before, but I'm very happy with the job that West Side did. They were friendly, easy to book with, gave an accurate estimate of how long it took, and did a thorough job (especially as my car was a little grimey). I had the exterior wash and wax as well as the interior shampooing. They went above and beyond and tried to buff out a scratch in my front bumper as well as made my headlights more clear. It seemed like they really took pride in their work.
