I know it’s hard to find someone you can trust when it comes to immigration. My family and I really appreciated Martina’s help and guiding us. My permit was refused and she was able to assist us in successful gaining a new work permit for me but she also brought up necessary documents that I needed to extend my family’s permits as well. We are now able to continue on with the PR process. I will/would use Martina again in the future.

Martina Kaiser has made my life here in Canada possible. She knows what she is doing. She’s very professional and detailed. I thought my situation was going to be too difficult and nearly impossible but she helped us through it all. I did what I could, gathering all paperwork I could, and she did the rest.After filing our case for immigration CBSA became involved but if it had not been for her and us being on top of things I could’ve been back in the states away from my husband and devastated to say the lease. If I could give 0 I would. Martina was cold, uncaring and in the end, absolutely useless for my husband and I's immigration. Her negligence almost cost us our entire immigration process and if it weren't for the amazing MP office in the area we were immigrating to, we might very well still be in my husband's country at this time.She never really apologized and everything she did do to help could have been done ourselves. She acted as if we were bothering her and had no empathy toward our situation. I've never experienced devastation like I have before hearing we missed our deadline to go. Please find a different consultant or better yet, go to your MP. They're free and apparently care a lot more.
