Russ started the job of installing a new heating system and air conditioner.He left without connecting the vents from one room to another and left a 2 foot gap in the vent that kept the furnance room nice and warm throughtout the winter.About 2 months later I contacted him and he told me he was two weeks out. Well now it's 6 months later and he's not showing up.He a friendly guy but certainly not reliable.From my experience find someone else to do a complete job.Always busy is his excuse.

We have used russ a few times. He always lets us know that he is a couple weeks out, but is in constant contact and it usually only takes a week for our problem to be fixed. Thanks Russ. Great guy very professional.
