Beware!!! Don’t fall for fake 5 star reviews.Always check to see if a company has any lawsuits before hiring them.It’s free, public info, just google how.I’ve worked closely with Troico, and after watching client after client engage in some sort of litigation with them, I had to say something. Vanessa and Richard are really causing a lot of pain and headache to their clients out there, especially regarding bathroom/kitchen renovation. Don’t even get me started on their embarrassing full house debacles. Vanessa will say anything to make it her company look great, but as her own assistant Bri, always says “LYING IS IN VANESSAS DNA”

Save yourself the time, take the money you have allocated to hire Troico, burn the lot then slam your head against a wall. Why wait months to experience utter disappointment and exasperation with having to deal with these people? They take no responsibility and EVERYTHING that goes wrong is the client’s fault. We finally fired them and hired another company to redo 90% of what Troico did. No doubt they will push back with a lengthy and wordy response to this review because they have to have the last word.

My wife and I popped into Troico last spring to get our kitchen and upper floor in our house done. We had 2 neighbours on the street that hired Troico and both houses turned out great. We were a bit concerned as our house was more modern than the other 2 projects on the street, but the designer did a great job keeping the modern feeling of the house. Mike was great in helping us keep our budget in line during the initial meetings We came in on time and on budget can't say enough good things about their process, our designer Nancy and Richard our project manager. thanks for a job well done. We love our house!

Troico created our dream kitchen from start to finish.

Used Troico for our upper floor renovation in 2015 - we returned to them this year for our new home that we purchased, we love our kitchen. Great work and their staff is great.

We hired Troico to do 2 bathrooms, a Kitchen, and family room. They did not stand by their work, during the process they had issues with staff that made our reno a nightmare. Our counter tops broke within a few short weeks of the installation in several areas, after asking them to fix it several times we gave up and had to replace it on our own. The plumbing in our en-suite bathroom needed to be fixed twice by an independent plumber we had to hire. The tiling in the en-suite was poor I have had to have the grout repaired twice. The cabinets paint started coming off within the first year and they look very old. Their lack of professionalism and quality to the work performed assures we would never recommend them to anyone. We were prepared to take them to court but during the same time my son was diagnosed with brain Cancer and couldnt take the further stress.SignedVery unsatisfied
