It was a pleasure to remain at home,(actually that is the advice of our Government during the pandemic) and have Carol Auto pick-up my truck in my driveway and take it to their garage, fix an issue and return it to my driveway completed. What better service can one get at this time?Thanks to Carol Auto for arranging this method of service.

My first service agent was NOT helpful nor seemed he even wanted to help in any way. I was rushed on phone calls and there was no willingness to provide satisfactory service when I visited. I found him arrogant and I’m not one to complain about things. This was the third time my truck was over for the same issue with the same service advisor in a 3 month time frame. Very frustrating.I qualified for a rental but he was not willing to help. My truck was at the garage for 4 weeks. In saying that, I switched to a different service agent two weeks in to it. Her name is Arlene and she should be recognized for her willingness to help. Within two hours I had a rental delivered to my door. She called daily or messaged with updates on my vehicle which made me feel like I was an appreciated customer, who’s paying a lot of money for a truck I was unable to Have in my driveway to show for it. I had nothing.She personally dropped my truck off to my driveway this evening. To me she went above and beyond. Very much appreciated. Thank you Arlene :)The dealership cleaned and washed my vehicle which was also much appreciated.

Had difficulties to understand each pother, leading to time loss for me and my client. You need to be ultra precise on every fact said, take note of things said. Or maybe I was just badlucked?

Had to have a couple things added to my truck and it was taken care of by carol auto. Really fast to get the appointment and had really friendly service. My experience there was a excellent!

My F150 was picked up from my driveway. Full service completed as required. Was cleaned down before and after service and returned to my driveway as promised.Excellent service: efficient, friendly and helpful

I had an urgent situation today with a loose wheel on my 2011 escape. My husband had changed the wheels to winter ones last weekend. One on my wheels had come loose. I called Carol Auto after 3pm and Erica reassurded me they would help me asap. Tony, one of the techs, came to my rescue in just a few minutes. He tightened all lug nuts and inspected the rim. We headed to the shop. By just after closing time Tony had my vehicle road worthy, with a damaged rim and lug nuts replaced. Keith had my bill ready. Parts only and No labor charge and I was safe to go again. I had 240 km to drive home and was so thankful the Carol Automotive Team had saved my day.

They always take care of my truck. And when there have been errors in their work they have fixed it with out pointing fingers or trying to place the blame on me. This place is one of the good one's. I can't recomend them and their service department enough.
