I got in the store, no one said hi to me. This other couple came after me and they were welcomed and the whole 9 yards. There was a coat I really liked so I am like since no one decided that I was worth while, might as well just go talk to someone at the cash. so I ask this lady at the cash if there any sizes available because there is only one left on the rack. And it was a size M, So she starts speaking arabic to one of her coworkers. And she’s like go check in the back but I am pretty sure you won’t find anything for her. Meaning that the issue is my size clearly. So the coworker goes and disappears in the back for like 10 minutes. So the other girl in the store looks at me and she’s like can we do something for you. I am like well no not really I am waiting for someone but thank you. She comes back after 10 minutes and tells her coworker well I didn’t find anything in the back, do we have them elsewhere. She is like yes look there.She doesn’t find anything so the lady that said the comment in arabic comes back and looks me up and down and says hum.. well maybe we could order it online but not sure. I am not a size 000. But I don’t deserve to be treated like I am not a human being just because of that.

Kind and helpful staff I was served my Kristina she was very understanding and was able to help me with a heart beat! We had to exchange a gift card from online to in store which took a day and she ordered me a jacket that I wanted online! The min she received it she called me back in a instant letting me know the jacket was here for me and that I was able to pass by any time I desired when I went to pick it up the jacket was perfect it was something I was looking for! Left the store super happy! I would definitely recommend passing by especially with their Black Friday sale coming and their new collection you cannot miss!

Shopping with two little boys under 4 years old not easy at all . Cynthia and her team really made our experience an enjoyable one not only were very knowledgeable in their jackets they were also really kind to our boys. Nothing but fabulous words to say about Alain - welcoming, friendly and charming. The only reason I bought a jacket was because of his positive attitude. Served me to the fullest, trying on different colours and taking his time all with a smile on his face. A big big thank you to him, what a wonderful service.
