Horrible dealership. Dad bought a vehicle and it had issues within the first day, told him to figure it out through warranty. Warranty can’t fix it and these guys will do nothing so now he’s stuck with a shot engine and is out his money and will have to pursue legal action. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

I recently was interested in a vehicle at this dealership and I used there ask for more info.I filled out the form online with all my information. I did this because I live in Regina and wanted some questions answered before driving all the way to Moose Jaw.They had my phone # and email and no one ever got back to me.I wanted to do business but I guess they didn't want to do business with me.My suggestion is don't offer a service to people if you have no intention of using it.I ended up purchasing a vehicle from a different business,one who was willing to call and email me back.

I recently purchased a classic muscle car at Band City-Tim and his team are absolutely fantastic to deal with-the atmosphere is great, the sales people are very knowledgeable and you don't feel pressured like a big dealership. The quality of the vehicles Tim has in stock are exceptional. When I first walked into the building I was greeted professionally by Kolton, we discussed what I was looking for, he then introduced me to Tim, and an hour and a half later, we had discussed the car I was interested in as well as many of the other vehicles we had owned-this being said it did not feel like a car buying experience, it was more like buying a vehicle from a friend. Excellent place to purchase a vehicle!!Thanks Guys!!

Jake was excellent. There was a specific car I went for but in the end did not work. But he clearly listened and cared from my previous visits because he knew my next top pick before I even did. He put me in it and I loved it. Plus he was so understanding and patient with me and helped me with everything aspect. Even when he didn't have to. He's above and beyond and I appreciate him for putting me the ride most suited to me.

Horrible car dealership. Stay away! I bought a 1989 Oldsmobile Touring Sedan. I live in Montreal, Quebec, the car was located in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan, over 2700 kms away. Car was represented to me as being in excellent to mint condition. In fact, their salesman Mike Joy and owner Tim did such a good job of hiding all defects on the car that I bought it sight unseen for $7,000. Now why would I pay that much for a 33 year old car, because I was lied to. Cost me an additional $2,000 just to transport the car to my home in Montreal, QC. Once the car arrived, I was so deflated to see the state it was in. The pictures the dealership sent me hid all the defects, in fact if you tried to zoom in, the clarity became a little grainy hiding many defects. So I highly depended on the honesty and representation of my salesman Kevin Joy, and the owner Tim. Naturally, they took advantage of me. Just to list a few defects; broken fuel door, broken horn, broken ignition switch (remove the key to shut the engine and the radio, windows and ventilation continue to function resulting in a dead battery in less then an hour), burnt paint on both mirror housings and driver side quarter panel, loose battery since tie down is missing….. the list goes on and all was hidden from me. I’ve been chasing them for 2 weeks to settle, asking politely for a partial refund ($500) which will not come close to helping me pay for the thousands of dollars the car now requires but to get something to help. Yesterday I was finally told the owner Tim has no intention on refunding me anything. Fine, my next call is to CTV news. I’m hoping my efforts help other buyers. Private independent dealerships like Band City Auto give this industry a bad name. Customer satisfaction is none existent, Profit is all that matters

I just bought an Explorer from them yesterday. They deserve a lot of credit, for the way they treat their customers. No pressure, and make you feel comfortable. I noticed they put a lot of effort into detailed cleaning of their vehicles and maintenance without a problem. The pics on their website are real. Nothing to hide with them. I dealt with Kolton and Tim, and they really know how to communicate well. They made the whole experience of buying a vehicle so easy. They even helped with the process of getting insurance, amongst all this covid-19 mahem, with places closed, etc. I have no regrets, going to this dealership. I would of given it 10 star rating if this allowed me to. Thanks Guys!!! (I mean it).

Sometimes people only take time to complain or leave negative reviews. I thought I would take a moment to leave a very positive one. My family and I have purchased multiple units from Tim over the years. We have referred multiple people to Tim and have never heard any negative feedback about him, the vehicles purchased or any of his staff. Recently our company was in a bind to purchase a vehicle, I called Tim and requested he find us a vehicle to fit our needs. Within 48 hours he did just that, I just saw it for the 1st time, and once again he came through! Do not hesitate to call these guys you will not be disappointed.

Tim and Kolton were very accommodating to facilitate a test drive. They navigated the sale process with professionalism and respect. The final price was reasonable, but the complimentary warranty was an added bonus! After having a horrendous experience regarding a recent transaction with a Regina dealership i have to say Tim and his team don't just talk the talk! Thanks so much! My daughter is a very happy owner of a Band City Auto Sales suv!
