Phone and asked if they had the part they said yes in the East store. When I went to pick it up they said they didn't have it but they had it at the North Albert store. When I got to North Albert they didn't have it but the store I was just at had it there and I could go back and try again there. I told him they could keep it and I went to Napa.

They didnt know what they were selling. I wanted to buy a battery and gave the model i wanted and all the car specifications they needed... they were about to sell something would not work in my SUV. Took 1 hour and 12 minutes me standing there and they were not helping. Never again going back. Thumbs down!

The staff at the Albert St. store are useless. They know next to nothing about vehicles let alone parts even when specifically told which parts. Cannot communicate properly over the phone and I would advise saving the hassle and going to the east location where their staff is actually knowledgeable. Too many times now I've tried to deal with the Albert location and have been severely let down by either the customer service representative not knowing anything or even being able to look a part up or I have been given the wrong part. Avoid and save time to get your vehicle on the road quicker.

The staff are friendly and found me the parts I needed. They showed me their selection and differences between name brand OEM and jobber prices. When I started working on my truck, I realized I didn't need to replace my rear brake pads. I took them back with zero issues.For the first time, I rented" a tool from their store. I just wanted to use a torque wrench on my wheel nuts. He said they usually charge $144 for a day to borrow the tool. I said I just wanted to use it in the parking lot to quickly tighten my wheel nuts. He just left me leave my wallet with him so we avoided writing up a rental agreement and dealing with paying and refunding.I was really pleased with the whole experience."

When I called this morning, in tears I may add, trying to find a part for my car, the person who answered the phone was so rude! If I'm calling a PARTs store I'm assuming the person answering the phone knows more than I do. Also quoted the wrong price.. they did fix that mistake instore but still.

The little white haired sales guy does not take direction very well. Three times. I blatantly stated my car was a V-6. I was sent home with a four-cylinder CV axle that did not fit so there goes 40 minutes one-way and 40 minutes back to get the part the only thing they can offer me wasn’t exchange, which is literally the bare minimum. I expect a discount on parts when someone waste this much of my time auto parts plus does it when they make a mistake. I was only forced to deal with these clowns because no one else had what I needed in stock and this will be the last time I deal with them. It takes 10 seconds to double check that you have the right part and two hours of my time when they don’t.

Staff is helpful and they seem to carry a good supply of stock. Willing to order what they don't have on hand. Good sized parking lot, which only makes sense, and it's well situated on North Albert. Nothing to really set it apart from other parts stores, but it accomplishes what it sets out to do.

First time being there and they had 1 of the 2 parts that I needed but very friendly and accurate and accommodating I will definitely go back again I give a 4 star ratings

Been having to come here on occasion they have the part and no one else does, or because they have the better price. For that reason I come here. Many times I've had to deal with people who didn't even know how to work the computer never mind the parts I'm looking for. I come here out of obligation, I dislike the quality of experienced help they offer.

Customer service was excellent. Parts are good and not over priced. Can't believe people whine about being on hold for 5 or so minutes. If you're in that big of a rush go down to the store. They have excellent customer service.
