Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Shugg and his team for helping me. I have a tremendous fear of dentists from past experiences but I had a problem with a tooth and they looked after me right away. I told themabout my fear and they treated me with compassion and non judgement but didn’t sugar coat anything. I highly recommend them for any dental procedures that need to be done.

AMAZING SERVICE - was recommended by my boyfriends mom to have my wisdom teeth removed after not going to a dentist for 10+ years. As you can imagine I was very nervous but they walked me through step by step. Every person I interacted with had compassion and went at a pace I was comfortable with. Highly recommend.

Dr. Corcoran and Marlene were fantastic! They made my first appointment comfortable and welcoming. Marlene gave me some great tips on oral hygiene and Dr. Corcoran took the time to explain areas of concern. Both went above and beyond.

I've had a great experience at this clinic! I've now seen both Dr. Shugg and Dr. Corcoran and both doctors are extremely kind, friendly, thorough and efficient. The whole team is wonderful, from check-in to check-out; they make you feel welcomed and relaxed. I highly recommend this practise if you are looking for great care and service.

Elmira Family Dental, a team of kind, efficient, and professional folks who truly care about their clients. My appointment with Dr. Shugg and his assistant Shannon this morning was by far the best experience I have had at a dental practice. With an emphasis on educating their clients, and helping to create and support long term dental habits, I left the office feeling confident and set up for success. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Shugg if you are someone who experiences any anxiety around dental or medical procedures.
