Bead-dazzled!

Really helpful staff! Seemed to know their stuff and had great advice.

very impressed -- very new to this art form. Went in with a materials list and a colour plan and was given help in finding the required beads. The store was short three vials of one of the beads but called the other store and they found the goods and agreed to ship it to me. When the goods didn't arrive I called the store. Although it was not the person I had dealt with the individual tracked down the beads and had them shipped -- but what was really amazing was that I was called to see if I had received the beads....that is customer service.

Omg what a rude sales lady! I went in there in a good mood and so excited to stock up on my bead supply and the lady was so rude i immediately dropped everything and left. When asked a question she would litterally bark back an answer that is irrelevant because she wouldnt wait to hear the full question. What a shame

Independent local business with a better selection of beads than big box stores. Lots of materials and information for home projects as well. The coated wire is the best as it doesn't tarnish easily, while the coating is intact

Lovely selection of natural and man-made beads. Good selection of crystal. Many strands of polished natural and dyed stone, with a wide variety available by the piece for mix-and-match, which is really appreciated. A good cross-section of Japanese beads. Excellent variety of findings. Pretty much all the essentials, from cord to thread, needles to pliers. Fun place to browse and design on the fly.

Great selection and Julie was so friendly, patient, and helpful! Definitely my go to for jewellery making.

I really do love this store! I had just started going here and I’m coming from Oakville so it’s fairly close. They have a good selection, fair prices and the first time I went I was greeted by a very nice lady I forget her name but she was extremely helpful very chatty and made me feel very comfortable I had a great first experience!! So great that I was excited to come back .. so a few days ago I came back and the lady there (different lady) was so rude ! Very un helpful and made me very uncomfortable to the point I wanted to drop my stuff and leave, there were a few items I didn’t end up getting like some of the chains because she was getting snappy .. I didn’t feel welcomed in the store and someone with anxiety this was hard for me already, I just wanted to get out of there ASAP !! Like I said I really do love this store I have spent a lot of money there but as of right now I am disappointed with the way I was treated and how I felt leaving the store.

A great place for beads. So many beads. More beads than you can fathom. Set a budget, free up some time for looking around - cause you'll need it. Be prepared to want to buy more than you are probably setting out to pick up. The woman who runs the place is pleasant and informative and I could easily have stayed there for an extended period of time chatting and buying more.Not just beads, precious stones, stringing supplies and more.It is in the corner of a series of other stores, so look for it, if you're nearby, and definitely stop in for a browse.I am looking forward to going back one day soon.

I have been shopping here for years as they have a great selection and the staff has always been so helpful. I find the prices very reasonable and like the points card program which come in handy when making jewelry.

This really is a lovely little bead shop tucked away in a small plaza. I initially and had to make a U turn from the parking lot next to it into the correct one (I am sure I'm not the only one) because I accidentally drove past it, so make sure it doesn't sneak up on you!The woman working was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy in the least. I was in there longer than most people because I am VERY picky when it comes to my jewelry supplies, and I did not feel unwelcome or in the way at any time despite being in there longer than many other few customers.I was ALSO able to find some 18g silver wire, which is easily the highlight of my day as it had been discontinued at my previous supplier. There was a fantastic selection or findings so I was able to get everything I needed, including things I thought I couldn't find in stores right now.All in all, easily 5/5 stars, and I will be back to spend more money.
