July 4 2023Receipt #6038301I got the large classic. I think it will be my last time at New York fries. The vegetarian gravy is gross, lack of flavour and overall boring taste just isn't what it used to be. I used 6 packs of salt and it didn't help much. Bring back the old new York fries.

Pulled pork poutine came across almost like they used a tomato sauce. It's sweet but the porky flavour is missing. The cheese was nice and melted but the pork itself should be the star. Wish there was more pork too. Veggie Works fries are always amazing though.

A solid New York Fries location! For a fast food restaurant, it’s about what you’d expect. The service depends on the staff at that time, but from my experience it’s fast and friendly. The food is good here, and the poutines are well made with good amounts of cheese curds and gravy. The premium hot dogs are also great; thick and soft paired with a nice soft bun. Overall it’s a good spot for lunch when you’re shopping around Chinook Mall.

Excellent care when I mentioned I had celiac. Staff washed hands to avoid cross contamination. Extremely friendly and personable. Annie, Oscar and Maybelle were the staff that helped. Love coming to this location.

Staff is so friendly! Service is fast even with a very long line, all three that were working greeted every customer with a smile. The food was awesome, love this restaurant and the staff!

Fast service even with a line of people, the poutines were delicious and fresh. I would recommend if your at Chinook and want deep fried food go for a poutine at New York Fries.

Intelligent packaging by NY Fries. Execution on my poutine was perfect, specifically the gravy temperature to melt the cheese.Service was fast and concise; team members made me feel welcomed, however were not quite as sociable as at other locations.I would order from here again.
