The staff are very nice and cheerful the drinks and food are amazing a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. I got a iced tea and they wrote my name correct and drew the plant. its very modern in a good way great place all around. OwO

Fast and efficient place to get a cup of good coffee. The place's atmosphere and lobby were good and enjoyable. They have outside sitting area and huge one at that. The are give you nice area to have chat and view of busy nanaimo. The washroom could better and clean a little more but quite understandable as this place is quite busy. Lovely and friendly staff and wiuld recommend this place just for the staff working.

Very disappointed that Starbucks closes so early. Before Covid they used to stay open until 10:00. Now this one closes at 8:00 pm and the worst thing is they put all the outside chairs and umbrellas away at 7:00. So not only are there no chairs outside all the chairs are stacked inside which makes it crowded and ruins the atmosphere to sit inside. There is still 1 hour of customer service time. I complained and they don’t seem to care.

I came in yesterday late-afternoon, there were only two girls working and it was clear they were struggling with only two people on- one on cash and one on bar; but they handled it SO amazingly, still smiles on their faces while they worked and they still had fun and joked around with the customers. Definitely not something I would be able to do in a situation like that! I felt so bad because they were so stressed, but all the customers were so understanding and we all chatted with them and cheered them on while they worked.It was super refreshing to see other customers treating workers like humans and understanding their struggles. It’s clear the location has a great sense of community! Big kudos to the girls working, they honestly deserve a reward.

I mobile ordered a beyond sandwich but they made a sausage one instead. I noticed it looked weird but just thought it had something to do with the batch so I took a bite to find out that it was in fact not vegetarian. I am livid, I haven’t ate meat in 6 years. I get messing up by maybe adding the wrong sauce or something small but this isn’t okay. I will never be coming back nor will my friends/family.

Always has fresh snacks, lots of seating clean bathrooms. Of course Starbucks coffee is made according to some corporate recipe so it’s consistently okay but nothing special. Music is okay but kind of reminds me of mall music: it’s too “safe” but I didn’t have a problem with it being too loud. Not enough cushi seating like you find at some coffee shops. It’s great that there’s an outdoor patio. I’d love if they’re put some huge potted teees out there so you could forget you’re sitting in the middle of a parking lot

I love hanging out at Starbucks or meeting people here. The staff is always friendly and it is a busy location. They were not questioning my in training dog and were very kind. As far as food and beverage, you know what you are getting,so you either like it or not. They have a lot of new seasonal drinks for the summer

Decent food for premade grub. The egg bites are quite good and somewhat reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The prices, well it's Starbucks...if you want a deal Tim's or your nearest fuel station will happily accommodate you lol
