Shoppers Drug Mart

I am tired of buying expired product here. If it passes the best before date, you can't sell it.. especially at regular price. Pop and crackers were both expired -_-I go to call to get it corrected, and they HAVE A BUSY TONE... for HOURS.

It's a okay place. I just don't like how they never answer the phone and everytime I pick up my liquid meds it takes forever. They don't have it ready when I get there. I have to wait about 10 to 15 min at a time in order to get my meds and need to do this every week. Can they not make it a day before so it's ready when I go there in the morning for pickup? And...For the love of God pick up the phone. Lol

I have had the most amazing customer service in the pharmacy. In particular, Louisa has been wonderful. Mara has helped me so much as well. Nina and Kristen as well as all the staff are very friendly, patient, and helpful. Thank you all.

I needed an empty vial for some medication I had purchased recently and I asked an employee at the pharmacy if she could give me one to help me out. She gladly gave me one. Every time I go to this pharmacy, I receive great customer service.

I’m disgusted. *warning! Racism* I have spent thousands in this store and the shoppers franchise in general. Last night this middle aged blonde bobbed Karen followed me as soon as I walked into the skin care section. She stood right behind me as soon as she saw that my partner and I are Indigenous. There was no shame in her game. Literally right behind me just staring making me so uncomfortable we had to leave. You disgust me! Your store has a racism problem, and that’s more costly and disgraceful than a shoplifting problem. I’m contacting the shoppers head office. This has been happening to us even more lately. But yeah, keep wearing your orange shirts, keep pretending you’re not racist, because the spirits set their own justice. You’ll see.

Doors are locked 10 minutes before close.Edit: Pretty self explanatory. Your doors were locked 10 minutes before close and I couldn’t run in quick to grab the one item I planned on using self checkout for. Not sure if this practice is common or not. Don’t say open until 10 if you’re only open until 9:45…

The pharmacist I had the pleasure of interacting with (I believe her name is Marla) really went above and beyond to make me comfortable and put my worries at ease. I have never had quite as good an experience as this one with Marla. I super recommend this location for not only prescriptions but any medical inquiries you might have.

Super convenient... wonderful hours for the busy... highly reliable and the pharmacists are very helpful and genuinely care... would highly recommend!
