Canadian Tire

Very disappointing experience trying to return a product that was purchased on May 7, 2023 and being returned on May 8, 2023 at around 8:00pm. The clerk working the returns department and the manager responsible for the returns department profiled me as a con artist. They assumed that I brought a used item and tried to return it in exchange for a refund. The product purchased was a 29 lb concrete patio umbrella base. The product was brand new and once the packaging was opened, the base had two concrete cracks and was of poor quality. The manager stated that I was not telling the truth about the authenticity of the product. I provided a store receipt with the same credit card and purchase date and time. I provided government identification. The product had been updated in the store inventory as being sold Sunday may 7 2023. Is it company policy to profile customers as con artists or dishonest when returning products? The product has a serial number and could be traced to inventory. The customer service received from both the store clerk and manager is discriminating and disrespectful.

Canadian Tire is the ultimate place to buy stuff not only because of their insanely low prices but also because whenever you have to exchange or return anything, there's no hassle and no headache. It's super simple and I never have to worry about anything.

They had so many plants on sale. I got pots of strawberries for $5 each. They have the garden center on sale.

I was alone in the store. Pass beside worker without a comment can we help. Price seem not so bad

Soda stream refill from Canadian tire st eustache 6 bottles I bought but after 6 used to refill bottle no more Soda or very littleThis is terrible quality and already mention to customer service

It's ok...standard Canadien tire...with poor service and overbooked ...and not forgetting overpriced products in all category...go to amazon instead, no hassles and fussyness for returns

Complete joke ! If I could put zero stars I would , 7 employees and 25 mins waiting for a girl with red hair and super long unprofessional nails (so u know who I’m speaking of) for her to just watch someone do an online return which she clearly said she can’t do … if u can’t do it serve other ppl don’t just stand there confused touching every return piece with no intention of doing anything because u made it clear u can’t !!! The man already came to serve the client so go help someone else he doesn’t need u to breathe down his throat he wasn’t teaching u anything , u weren’t trying to learn SO GO TO THE COMPUTER AND SERVE THE NEXT CLIENT !!!!!! after we gave up waiting no apology nothing , why in the world would this girl be in customer service I don’t know ! I will NEVER EVER give business to candian tire after her , I’m even canceling my credit card , 7 employees doing nothing at all

I arrived to the store 40 minutes prior to them closing to make balloons for my moms birthday. There was a sign stating that ballons cannot be made 20 minutes prior to the store closing which I was ok with as I arrived with enough time.The worker did not want to make the balloon required even after I stated that the sign is wrong.I will not be returning

35 min waiting on the line just SPEAK with the auto department... No answer till now. thanks God there are a plenty other CT...
