We've been fairly pleased with their service but won't be using them any more. Last week they sent a rim back to us with paint that wasn't adhering to the rim. We installed the tire but put a bad scratch in it. We don't normally scratch rims so I checked to see if the paint was adhering -- I used my fingernail to see the hardness of the paint and discovered that I COULD REMOVE PAINT WITH MY FINGERNAIL! When I presented this problem to Daniel he claimed there was nothing wrong with the paint. He charged me a second time to repair his defective job. Customer service is clearly lacking!

Never ever allow these people to refinish your wheels. Every wheel I've had come through my shop, that they have touched has been nearly unrepairable. The lathe work on machined wheels is bad enough to make even Stevie wonder cringe.

Made up a fraudulent report" to say wheels are defective from the "mould" from China. This would mean that 2000 plus wheels that were sold are also defective. This is the issue with novice wheel repair shops. They are not able to fix the problem so they make up an answer if they do not KNOW the answer. Would 100% NOT recommend this place. We are Canada's number 1 wheel supplier. Do not deal with this company. Find another wheel repair shop in Quebec to deal with! - Response to your response. I attached a pic of exactly what I am referring to when i wrote the review. Stop lying to the public. Shame on you."

Amazing work done on my wheel. Came in with a bent on my wheel.I couldn’t even tell where it had been bent when.Fast and very affordable service.They're precise and flexible, good prices and client oriented.Having an appointment would be better in order to save driving !I strongly reccomend this place !

It was so hard to find a place to fix my mag (rim) for my tucson. Luckily I found p Jacque, they did amazing work, rim looks new, perfect fix. Its an hour from montreal but was worth it. Thanks so much for all ladies in front office, very helpful and friendly.

They fixed my bent mag but they scratched all of it in return. Go there if you want the job done, but don't expect them to take care of your mag.

Horribly client service, very poor paint and repair quality ... could have honestly done a better job with a paint can from Canadian TireI would advise anyone to shop around for other wheel repair shopsIn addition the wheel was completely off balance after repair need to return to VW for re-balance

Ils ont eux 3 chances de faire une peinture noir sur des roues en parfaite condition, et à chaque fois, des défauts. Je me suis tanné et je vais aller le faire faire ailleurs. (Le tout était via mon concessionnaire bmw) Voir les photos de gouttelettes/bulles sur leur 3ieme et dernière tentative...c’est ridicule. Ils ont également peinturé la surface de contact avec le disque/hub.
