Signature Home Builder Halifax

Built our first home with Phil at Signature Homes and closed in April 2020. Cannot speak highly enough of the personalized attention you get from this builder compared to what we heard from friends about others. They genuinely care about building a quality product and you don't feel like they cut corners which is a common complaint we heard about building. If there is ever an issue or a question, they do not brush you aside. Do not hesitate to build with Phil at Signature.

This was our third custom home build in the Halifax area with different builders, and Signature Homes far exceeded our expectations. Signature's base construction methods and materials far exceed typical builder grade products. The production team was efficient, thorough, and quickly responded to our requests and questions. Their project management software allowed for efficient and documented correspondence and real time financial accounting of the project. Most importantly was the integrity of Signature Homes' team. We had complete confidence that the team was looking out for our best interests, and we knew we were receiving a quality product at fair value. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely build with Signature Homes in the future.

This was my second home building experience and after the first I swore I’d never do it again. Working with Phil and his team however was a completely opposite experience. In all my communication with him, I felt my decisions were respected and I had his full attention regardless of the number of projects he may have been juggling. Upgrades available, follow ups and warranty work were prompt, in floor heating and wide window ledges - kitty approved. Very happy with my Signature Home!
