By far the worst condo managers I have ever dealt with. Very slow to respond to issues and very unprofessional when communicating with them. They mail all of their notices out at the absolute last minute making it almost impossible to comply with them. Overall if you are looking for property management service I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere. If I was looking to purchase another property and noticed they were the manager I would look elsewhere.

As a condo owner in Tanglewood, I have dealt with E & H for many suggestions and issues. All of my communications with E&H were handled in a very professional way. Cindy always answered my calls and emails. She has been a wonderful person to speak with and she does go above and beyond to help with the matter at hand. Her staff is competent and knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They are ALL very quick to respond. I do recommend E&H Property Management.

We had E&H for many years as our property manager. While not perfect, E&H was much better than other managers we have had over the years. Cindy and E&H were responsive and got things done. Cindy looked out for the interests of the condo corp, even when she had to say no one of our requests. Her flexibility and commitment to the well being of the condo corp over the years was appreciated.

Hopefully not all of the “property managers” are as incompetent as the Raglan Village manager. One would expect much more service for the condo fees paid.

I would give this company a lower score if it were possible. They are never in the office, never return phone messages or reply to emails. I am in Cranberry there are so many issues with my condo and they don’t seem to care. Some have been going on for years.

Can’t get a simple sign posted “ residents and guest parking only “ done in two years of asking. Yesterday l left a message to advise of a safety issue, as usual have no reply.They do a very good job of snow clearing so two stars.

Very hands on and informative. Such hard working women going the extra mile to keep our property managed and maintained. They even have been on top of problems that arose on the weekends and after hours. Couldn’t ask for a better team to turn to.

By far the worse most dishonest company I have dealt with in years in fact perhaps in my life!! Disappointing would be an huge understatement! Controlling, suppressive behaviours, extremely rude, highly unprofessional, lack's basic communication skills and fails to handle property management concerns in the best interest of all residents. This company is completely mismanaged. If your considering buying and they are the property management company save your money and buy somewhere else!
