Really disappointed to see there isn't any water tap outside. It's a standard feature in most and I don't want to buy a bottle of water just for my dog!

Good customer care. Got the chicken but with I got the other grilled rolls. Very stocked for a gas station store

no better than any regular old 711. the lights were bright and the tiles were shiny and the floor was dirty. same as the other thousand bathrooms ive used every time we find a town to pause our roadtrip at. the bathroom was okay, the lights were bright and the room was dim, the tiles were so shiny i could see thousands of my face reflected on them, and the floor was dirty and dusty. the lights were almost too bright, refracted on the shiny tiles. the mirror had a name too familiar and strange. the lights were bright and the tiles were shiny and the floor was dirty. i didnt see myself in the mirror. whos name was that? the lights were bright tiles were shiny floor was dirty. im stuck and i cant leave. im stuck inside the 711. i cant leave. the coffee tasted great!

I recently visited the 711 corner store and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the owner. He was rude and disrespectful, showing no regard for my needs as a customer. I found his behavior to be completely unacceptable and will not be returning to this store again in the future. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location if they are looking for a positive shopping experience.

Terrible service, April 1 at least morning service was, girl to busy on her phone couldn't be bothered to serve me,,no butt wipe in washroom.....good worker's are to find. All they Want to do is stand there do nothing and get paid for it...that girl is one of those kinda worker's

I want to give a shout out the gas station cashier Corissa! She is always super awesome and happy all the time. If I'm driving through Merritt I will always go to this gas station just because of her, she always puts a smile on my face. Super enthusiastic and kind, you dont see that often. Thanks Corissa! Keep up the good work :D

Huge shout out to the graveyard worker (Sherry) she for the longest time had been working alone (shame on you 7eleven). Thank you Sherry for your hard work we appreciate you and your sandwiches. Keep up the amazing work you do above an beyond

The coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate machine drip trays were full and looked disgusting and the counters had spills all over them. I told the people that were working there that they were dirty and they couldn't have cared less. I asked if there were anymore individual creamers, and the one girl looked at me like it was a total inconvenience but the guy that was working jumped on it right away, even though he was on the phone. The shelves that are below you when you're standing at the till, like where all the gum and chocolate bars are on, they are absolutely filthy, there's sand, dirt and hair all in them. And there was a gentleman in the line ahead of me, he was trying to enter his phone number for his 7/11 card on the touchscreen and he was having a problem, and he said don't you just scan my card. And the girl said No

I'm a regular, have been for 13+ years, used to work there, and really dislike being treated like a thief. I just had to pop by there to make a quick midnight purchase of Vicks Vaporub, clearly asked if they had any when I walked in, and the very rude South Asian girl greeted me, before walking straight to the aisle that would have any if they sold it there.Instead of helping me find it the South Asian girl just stared at me as I was looking for it, clearly watching to be sure I wasn't stealing, so I looked at her, and asked for a second time if they had any, as I was having troubles finding it on my own. Instead of helping me she said something rude I'd rather not repeat, and asked Megan to help me find it; and Megan showed me exactly where it was nice and quick, thankfully. Edit: I only mentioned ethnicity, because she didn't have her name tag on; and I didn't want Megan to get in trouble for her behaviour.That type of rude, judgmental attitude makes me not want to spend money at that store ever again, and maybe not any 7/11 at all anymore..I'm used to being judged, and followed having tattoos, and due to the way I choose to dress; but that doesn't make it okay, at all. She could have easily helped me find it the first time I asked, instead of watching me like I'm some habitual thief they've been trying to catch.I have zero theft charges, and have never stolen from a store in my life.. I'm a full-time single father, and wouldn't risk my livelihood over something so darned trivial!! Megan knows me, because she used to be a close friend of my little sister; and we've known each other for a very long time. She knows I've never stolen from that store, and should know that I never would..Not happy. Not to mention they do a terrible job of keeping the store clean during the day, which was NEVER a problem when I worked there, or managed other retail locations not under the 7/11 brand.
