This is a really great and quiet hotel! The renovations inside the rooms are beautiful and everything was very clean. My only complaint is I wish there was more dining area room for breakfast as there often wasn't a place to sit to eat. You are also surrounded by everything you would need like grocery stores, takeout, restaurants, very close to airport and the city etc. I would 100% stay here again!

For the price, it wasn't too bad a place. Location isn't great but close enough to the city center. Staff wasn't rude but also not terribly friendly. Room was remodeled well recently.

Stay away from this place. I booked it through booking, I read reviews from some people saying that the location was good. It took me almost 45 minutes to get there from downtown. I took two trains and one bus. When I arrived the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, I looked more like an industrial area. No even one coffee shop around within a walking distance. When I mentioned it to the front desk that it was nothing around, they told me that I wasn’t allowed to stay and that they were going to cancel my reservation. They couldn’t care less that I didn’t have a place to go and it was almost 10:00pm.I couldn’t believe such a disrespectful and unprofessional behavior just because I made a comment about the location. For sure this is not a place that I recommend. The pictures on the website are for sure photoshop because the place looks completely different when you get there.

This is such a cute hotel. It's a short drive to downtown Toronto, easy to get to and close to the highways. The room was clean and modern and the bed was comfy.The breakfast was good and coffee was available 24 hours. Just a heads up, it's a two story but there is no elevator.

Stayed here for 5 days and couldn't be happier. 10 minutes drive from the airport, very nice refurbished rooms, friendly staff and tasty breakfast every morning. Free parking is an advantage too.

One of the best deals in the area for sure! Very clean inside and out, updated room and nice bathroom. Our room had a nice little fridge/microwave that were both clean and a large flat screen t.v. The complementary breakfast wasnt too bad but the dining area is small, the coffee was great.Location isnt terrible. Its only a ten minute walk to a little strip mall with a grocery store and a few little restaurants with a dollar store. A ten minute ride to a very large mall and lots of entertainment and dining.The only complaint is you're stuck taking two of the most congested routes into downtown, again, that didnt really bother us but I could see it being a inconvenience for some.Will be booking here again!

First time staying! Was awesome. Complimentary breakfast was impressive! Bacon eggs waffles bagels, coffee tea juice! Id definitely stay again.

I tested positive for covid one day before I was due to fly to Canada. Had to cancel all my bookings while feeling extremely poorly. The Stay Inn customer service team was amazing - super responsive and waived all cancellation fees. Really made my day!
