Crest View Village

Wonderful caring staff. If I could choose, this bright, friendly facility, is where I would choose to have as my home in later years.

My grandpa died over a year ago, him and my grandmother lived there for years. After his passing, it was nothing but a gong show dealing with the management at Crest View. We were rushed to get his possessions out, and made us feel like we were in the way, and an inconvenience that we were going back and forth moving his stuff out. As well having them go through his suit to inspect any or all damages left behind, they tried to find the smallest things to pick apart and tiny little thing to charge him. Even went as far to say how much they would charge to replace light bulbs!!Plus Crest View Village charged my grandpa- us all these extra charges and had him pay an extra months rent because he did give them the proper amount of notice that he was going to pass away. I hope that anybody who reads this, thinks twice about having any elderly parents or family live there, Crest View is way more concerned about every penny their residents give them, than proper respect they and their families deserve!!

Probably be ok to live there as long as a family member lives close by to keep an eye out on what is happening, but the management leaves little to be desired. I went to clear out my aunt's unit after she passed away and when I talked to the person in the admin office about items missing from my aunt's unit, the person couldn't care less!!!! No one in the family lives in Creston and the management made no effort to be helpful. I'm sure they only wanted a quick turn around to rent out the unit again. They wouldn't even let my sister have supper in the dining room despite the fact that my aunt had paid for this until the end of the month.

My dad moved in a few months ago and the staff go out of their way to make sure he is taken care of 100%. Kathy and Sarah are two of his favorites and the meals are amazing, prepared on site. Highly recommend this care facility with different stages of care levels to fit the needs of your loved one.
