The man that owns this is truly a ray of light in the world. He did a great job on my boot and had it to me the very next day for an unbelievably decent price. I won't be going anywhere else for shoe repair!!

Steve is great! I asked him to fix my old leather camera case and he was happy to take on the challenge. He’s talented, experienced (I think about 30 years in business!) and most importantly kind. Steve will always make you feel welcome and bring a smile to your face. His turn around time was quick and very affordable. I will definitely go back!

Bought some boots that sadly did not fit my calves and were not offered in extended sizes. Took my boots here and this man did magic! Got them to me in time for a show I needed them for despite my having horrible time management skills! Will definitely be a returning customer. He has such an amicable disposition as well.

Can barely tell the bracket on my boot was ever missing. Service was fast and reasonably priced. Steve was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I won't run into any more problems with the previously broken lace bracket. Overall, incredibly happy with my experience and will return if I need another fix!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! Steve is not only a true craftsman, but he's also exceptionally professional, and kind. He put matching red rubber soles onto my Christian Louboutin heels, and made it look seamless, which is so important for these delicate shoes. I will absolutely rely on Steve for all my shoe needs, and I can't recommend him enough!
