A family relative was looking to replace good car. Not only they had in stock what we were looking for but offered a fair price for our trade in. Great service from Mathieu Binette. We had dealt with someone else before and were greeted and treated properly and this time too.

The best thing about this Dealership is the way they make sure you get the best value for your hard earned money. And for me and my wife who are immigrants and making barely above minimum, it is so good for to know that the best tandem, Jessy & Marc-Antoine took seriously in guiding us to make the right decision in our purchase that will not push our finances to the limit. They patiently explained to us the advantage of sticking to what we can conveniently afford, and not selling us what they can make more money off of us. Thank you Marc-Antoine for making us feel at ease in our conversations. You are very kind to us. Thank you Jessy for telling us straight up what we NEED to hear, and not what we WANT to hear. Had a great experience purchasing a used subaru from Manuel! he has a great personality and is definitely well versed about the Subaru models. He also has over 10 years experience so I definitely had a lot of confidence in him during the process. He also helped explain the details of the car and made every step of way as enjoyable as possible!

I contacted the dealership to take a look at a used car. I asked a couple of questions and was rudely answered by the sales person Harris Leblanc. It was almost like I was begging him to let me buy the car. I simply stated I’m coming from out of town and that I would like more pictures under the car if possible so I can make a decision before taking off work and driving 2 hours. He told me simply don’t come and he doesn’t need to get me pictures of under the car and such. He also did say to go buy somewhere else. I’m not sure why he got overly aggressive over a question. I understand you don’t need to take extra pictures to sell the car but there are ways to say it. When I told him that the customer service he is presenting isn’t good, he went on to argue with me. I don’t understand why he was being rude, but it’s like I’m just trying to buy a car, not argue with some guy like children. I recommend staying away from Harris. Not sure about the rest of the people there though!

They literally tell you if you don't buy the car someone else will no room for negotiation..they don't bother cleaning the car even if it's a 20 000 car they did blotchy paint touch ups....hanging piece under the car. Missing screws at delivery, selling accidented cars but full price don't buy there

Bought Two cars from this dealer: very friendly, gave us all the time we need to decide, we changed our minds 3 times with a smile (No pressure), kids enjoyed the hot chocolates every time we were there, had a great deal on the second car (really great price :) ). Mind you that we live far from them but referred to by a colleague who had the same pleasant experience as well.

Excellent service. A great buying experience. I bought my nearly new Crosstrek from the used car department of Subaru Rive-Nord and I was really looked after well. My sales representative Matthieu R was excellent! Would definitely recommend to others wanting to buy an excellent car !
