DO NOT RENT HERE AT ALL. The rent might seem alluring to you as it may look cheaper but the whole place is flooded with bugs and roaches, has crime activities and extremely rude managers. I was lucky enough to talk to a tenant and they being in an yearly commitment didn’t have any other option as no one actually wants to rent this place. Waiting to find a place is fine but don’t commit for something which you might regret mentally and physically.

One of the worst place I’ve ever lived..lots of drug dealers and one of the most crime full building. Lots of outside Noise. Worst management. There’s no positive point on this building.

Great building to live in. Totally different than before. Prices are better than many buildings in Windsor. Manager Rose and her coworkers are good, helpful and friendly people. The building is close to downtown, Expressway to many shopping stores and one of the most beautiful parks in Windsor is next door. I would definitely recommend this place.
