Excellent Service and did a fantastic job with custom frames for my hallway upstairs. We just love them! Put them all together for us so they were ready to just hang them up. Went back today for another custom frame today and got great service again for our washroom. Very Happy with Victor and Victors Gallery.

Great place to buy frames. They have so many in stock and can order more in a few days. They also have pre-cut mat frames and do custom ones as well! The employees are so nice and will offer advice when they can!!

I had an incredible experience with Victor Gallery. I was helped multiple times over the phone to come up with some flexible options for our photographs, he even came to pick up the photos from our home to help us understand which frame size would work best - and even dropped the frames off to our home afterwards!

I've had 4 items framed this year at Victor Gallery - two prints, an old letter and a painting. Incredibly happy with the results: frames are lovely, execution was 100%, turnaround in just a couple days. Their expertise & suggestions are, however, the best parts of the experience.

Victor Gallery is the best place in Toronto to buy ready-made and custom solid-wood frames at an excellent price. As a designer, I rely on them to accommodate the framing needs of my clients and I use them for personal projects as well. They even delivered a frame to my home during lockdown, which I felt was truly going above and beyond (especially for a small business)!

Experience: I was very happy with my experience with Victor Gallery. I had two old Chillida lithographs and had them framed in shadow-boxed format last summer. The people working there were all very nice. The gentleman working or owning there was the person helping me with my order. He was very expert with a lot of good suggestions. Excellent framing quality. The framing was done on-time with very nice details. Thank you. Highly recommend.Hours: I agree with the other reviewers that they are sometimes very busy. To get the best advice from them you should go there early in the day (well, noon). The fact that they are located in downtown and closed on Sundays also makes it a bit challenging to get there while open. I wish they were also open on Sundays.Stock Frames: They sell a large variety of stock sizes available to purchase from the store. I wish they had their prices posted on their site. Way much better quality than Ikea in particular for the fact they use glass for their larger frames as well, unlike Ikea. Also, thicker frames than Ikea.

Have patronized Victor Gallery on & off for several years. Their frames are well priced & great quality. The service is top notch. Super fast turnaround. Website could use a little tweak (navigation button) however all sizes & prices are clear resulting in the ability to select simply. Thank you!

Great prices and selection. I was also very impressed with the patience and kindness practiced while helping me deal with a custom order over the phone. Staff was also very helpful in informing me how things would need to proceed during the different stages of COVID. This is really the only place for artists to purchase high quality, do-it-yourself framing at a reasonable price in the GTA! Thanks Victor Framing.
