I trained with Cédric for a long time, and over the years I have been in many different bjj dojos. Ced has been by far the best teacher I encountered because he puts as much effort in perfecting his bjj ad he puts in perfecting the art of teaching. It’s an awesome place to train for all levels, I cannot recommend it enough!!!

Great gym, highly technical instructors who will push you to be your best but are patient and relaxed at the same time.BJJ classes are structured around understanding and properly using concept, rather than mindlessly repeating moves. Great relaxed atmosphere, modern teaching and no pressure during sparring.You won't find better wrestling classes anywhere else in Sherbrooke - classes are intense but open to all ability levels and coach Hamid really encourages your personal development.Absolute gem of a gym!

Trained there for a day while i was visiting the small city of Sherbrooke and got shocked by the level of athlétisme and the top couches in the gym. Very experienced couch.

My first experience to learn bjj, best place to learn and correct your mistakes. It’s very fun to learn freestyle wrestling, you get to learn moves as a girl to protect yourself. Their coaches are very good, they know what they are doing.Well done guys. Thankyou
