I witnessed Mark stop on the Deerfoot ramp to Stoney in order to help tow a car that had gotten stuck after heavy snowfall in Calgary. He pulled the car out. Unfortunately a few minutes later I also happened to get stuck nearby, the couple who he helped earlier (without charge must I add) had his card so they called him back. Mark looped around the Deerfoot exit and came back on the Stoney exit just to help me pull my car out. He walked through knee height snow just so he could find a tow point on my car.After he helped pull my car out of the snow he left without any mention of payment. I never got a chance to ask him how much I owed him so I got his number from the previous couple whom he helped and texted him.His response? “ No charge, just keep my number handy if you ever need a tow or anything moved that would fit on my truck.Have a merry Christmas and happy new year. ” verbatim.Mark you sir are an excellent gentlemen. I’d call him in a heartbeat.
