Wonderful people. They took in our pup on little notice and see what was going on. The doctor was very informative about not only what was going on but also other things to look out for in the area that he could be susceptible to since we are new to the area. He approached our rescue pup in all the right ways and was overall extremely happy with our experience. We will be going back here from now onwards.

I found out about 2 weeks into moving to Powell River, that my best friend, my much loved Rottweiler, Buddha, had fast spreading bone cancer. Being new to town, I had literally just moved from the vet I had known and trusted with all my fur babies and suddenly I was putting such an important task in a strangers hands.Since then, Dr. Fleming and his amazing staff have supported and cared for all our pets. Most recently, they peacefully helped my 2 senior cats pass together.I have never regretted taking my animals here. Everyone is compassionate and go above and beyond. I appreciate all your kindness ❤️

Dr Fleming and staff need to learn what empathy is! A friend just lost a dog (6 yo) to poisoning because Dr Fleming never answers his 24 hour emergency line (what's the point of a 24hr emergency line if never answered?). Finally my friend contacted them the next morning (monday), and was told the soonest the Dr could see him would be Friday. Well, too late the lttle dog is dead now.

Dr Fleming is the best! My pets adore him so much! You so much mention vet or doctor around them ,and they get super excited! You can't even drive by his clinic with them, or they'll pout for hours because they didn't stop to see him. Very caring towards his clients . And the staff is always supportive ,and love interacting with our silly pets. (Our senior will even do tricks for them!)

Great doctor and staff! Dr. Fleming helped us through a very difficult time when it became apparent that our old dog Alfie was not enjoying the quality of life he deserved.A big thanks to Dr. Fleming and the caring staff, highly recommended.
