JC's Hot Tubs and Pools

Quick, helpful and just down the road. I've never owned a pool or hotub before and they got meet up and running without issues even when i didn't purchase the equipment from them.

I just want to give a shout out to JC’SWe bought our pool from them last year and still trying to learn ….. they have amazing customer service and we appreciate them very much. Having a pool can sometimes be difficult but they always try and helpI will always recommend them for your pool and hot tub needsThank you

Really nice people, very knowledgeable and helpful.

So I first called this place early this morning (8:30am) and explained that we needed someone to come out ASAP because our pool was leaking and the man I spoke to stated he wasn't sure if someone could come out today but he would try to get someone out and - if not today - then he would get someone out tomorrow. He was so nice and helpful. I called back just now (almost 4pm) to let them know I had to run out but a younger sounding (different) guy answered and didn't seem to know what I was talking about so he passed the phone to an unpleasant sounding woman who proceeded to tell me they didn't have a work order open for me and that they would try" to get someone to my place within a week! I should also include the fact that we were told to keep water in the pool (evwn though is was rapidly leaking!) My pool is pouring out water quickly and this woman was extremely rude and absolutely unapologetic in stating this was their busy season so I take it to mean they didn't require my business. I only called this place and didn't bother reaching out to any other companies to get someone out because I was waiting for this company to come by

These guys are awesome. Love dealing with this business. I own a hot tub which I didn't even buy from them yet they always are more then happy to help me, free of charge.

Terrible customer service. No response after leaving messages, and finally when I did get ahold of somebody after days, was given a phone number to send a picture to of the part I needed. No reply at all till the next morning, and it was sarcastic at best. Not very friendly or knowledgable people here. ZERO STARS.
