Bath Fitter

Eddie has been an absolute gem! He's very professional with great attention to detail, his work is clean and done right. We love the new shower. We've previously used Bath Fitter for our upstairs bathroom and that was a terrific experience so when it came to needing to get our second bathroom done, Bath Fitter was our go to! Thank you for the great work! Eddie deserves a gold star!

No use to me. I was hoping they could change my straight backed tub to one with a slant, but they said they couldn't.Maybe they should look into figuring out how to do it instead of dismissing it out of hand. I can't be the only person who would like to do this.

I thank my lucky stars Mark came by with his consciencious, organized, positive perfectionism while bringing my bathroom into the 21st century! He has incredible energy and patience and super kind and respectful. Thank you for doing such an awesome job…I can’t believe you did it in a day…as promised.

We just had a new tub, surround and dome installed. Workmanship was professional and we are extremely satisfied with the results! Very professional even to being given verbal and written instructions for care and cleaning. I would have no problems recommending Bathfitters!

Install was awesome took a few hours. Lifetime warranty that they push is useless.Mine started to mold on the sealant after a few weeks so I called them. Her response was come down to the store and I'll sell you the sealant and I replace it myself.A few more weeks later the 250$ faucet started dripping so I called again. This time she says go on line to the faucet manufacturer web site, order new seals and change them yourself.The life time warranty they brag about basically only covers flaws in the tub liner which would never happen anyway. Any other problem is your problem.Update: to the owner's response - It happened exactly as I described it. it was several years ago but the female manager I talked to, the same one who came to the house and did the estimate, gave those response regarding my issues just as I described them. Talk to her, if she still works there lol.

We had Bath Fitters in the end of November to do a tub to shower conversion. Eddie did an excellent job, professional, kept the area clean with drop cloths and answered all of our questions during the installation. We had a minor situation with the glass doors and someone came out promptly to look and they are working to make it right. Only taking 2 days from start to finish was terrific and we love the new shower and would highly Bath Fitters.

I can not recommend a business when their drivers are putting others at risk. I see their vans almost daily speeding and cutting off other vehicles on the road and crossing over 2 lanes of traffic to make a right turn . Not very safe or professional with your company logo in giant letter on the vans.

The bathroom in our Air BNB was looking a little drab and in need of a refresh. We called Bath Fitter to come and spruce up the tub and the tubsuround. It was truly an amazing transformation!
