Ordered 12 pieces of spicy chicken. We not only waited for a long time for our order but they also gave us regular chicken instead of spicy. We realized this in the car when we decide to have some chicken on our way back home to Clearwater which is 1 hour and 30 minutes so we were unable to turn back to get the correct order.

Chicken is what you expect from KFC: Crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. The staff were great and did a good job making everything go smoothly despite the changes that have been instituted for safety: distancing, no indoor dining, no toilet access, drinks served by the staff, and a specific spot for waiting while indoors.

Place is disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. My BEEF crunchwrap Supreme has no beef to be found. Would not recommend stopping here.

Ordered a zinger combo sandwich. Burger was not a zinger and was actually made from two chicken strips. Tried to get larger fries but for some reason they were saying it was not possible even though there was a sign. The forgot some of the sauces for the popcorn chicken. It is worth walking into Popey's and getting your food vs going through KFC Drive-thru

We went tonight and was disappointed. My husband ordered fries supreme and they were cold. We ordered 6 or the new beef dorito tacos (first time we had them they were great) this time they were not made the same, 2 had tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and sour cream and the other 4 had meat and lettuce only. How in the world can the same thing be made wrong for the same order? Not at all impressed and really thinking I may not go again. This store needs too retrain all of their staff to get them all on the same page.

Bucket of chicken was delivered quite late.Chicken was deliciousI called establishment to voice my dissatisfaction with the lateness though.An extra bucket of chicken was delivered within 15minsThat is great customer serviceAnd in my mind made things rightI will gladly order from this establishment again.

Again messed up order in drive throu 34$ for 4 pieces of chicken instead of hot wings and chicken sandwich box meal. 3rd time overcharged for wrong orders not going back hit Popeyes instead.

The food is okay, but not like it used to be. Make sure you always check your order before you leave if you are doing takes out. Every time I go, something is always missing from my order.

They ran out of Chicken !.Location is central.Lots of customer parking space.There are several other businesses within and across the plaza.Interior definitely need an upgrade.

If I could give it a 0 I would, I just went and ordered the bacon lovers box and paid like 18$ for complete garbage cold fries and undercooked bacon, everything was soggy and the chicken itself in the burger was the size of a chicken nugget! And it was put together like a sloppy mess! No pride whatsoever!
