This place has been a god send for my family! Colin, Sian and George are lovely and have helped me immensely with the huge task of family laundry. It started when I had a huge loss (stillborn baby) and I couldn’t take care of house hold needs. They kept my family dressed in clean clothes during that dark time period. They are always quick to remember us and my new rainbow baby, and even bought gifts for her when she was born and for Christmas.This place is such a community gem. The turn around is fast, it’s extremely affordable and welcoming. They take great care of our clothes! I really couldn’t imagine taking my laundry anywhere else!

This is the best laundromat ever! They are so helpful, friendly and I cannot say enough good things about them! I have used them to wash my big quilts and they always came out amazing! Then my washing machine broke and I used them again to do my everyday laundry and the place is so clean and they are always so helpful and friendly! So grateful to them! They are truly amazing! Thank you so much to all the staff!

Excellent service! They really went over and above for our outreach team and our client. We had to wash some damp blankets and they were so accommodating, especially since one of the blankets was a heavy down duvet. We ended up running 8 loads and they generously provided all the detergent, bleach and bounce that was needed. They even assisted us by transferring everything to the dryer, since we were busy working, and then they went further by adding lots of extra drying time to the down blanket. Greatly appreciated!!!

Does gods work! Turned a giant washable rug of mine from something that smelled like a porta potty at shambala to something I’d be proud to have my mother over to step on! Prices are more reasonable than a Black Friday you don’t have to get bruised knuckles over! 10/10 would go again!

Awesome place! Very clean and has everything you need, including snacks if you need them while you wait! User-friendly staff and they even offer a wash-dry-fold service for the same price, if you are in a time crunch! Totally recommend this place.

I would use this laundry facility again if I find myself in Kelowna. I'm in town as a stop on a road trip and so thankful I found this place. Very clean and safe laundromat. The staff was friendly and helpful.There are detergents available for sale. Both liquid and pods. (Great if you're just passing through or backpacking and don't have detergent on you). Also available are dryer sheets.Depending on the washer load is your cost. I used the Large washer which was $6/ load and took about 25 minutes. The dryers are the standard ones found in most laundromats. $0.25 / 4 minutes of dryer time - high, med and low settings.Looks like they do offer drop off/pick up services and drycleaning. ( I did not use these services.)
