The CCC team are absolute beauties! It is a joy working with them and how they made my dream custom bike come true. I cheer when I look at it and just love love love to ride it. They did such an amazing job and guided me with the progress every step of the way - with photo updates texted to me! Calgary Cycle City truly cares to make their customers happy and it shows!

Had some work done to my Buell here. Parts and service manager Mags was fantastic to deal with. Parts for my Buell are discontinued, but Mags was able to get me OEM parts. Brent took me and showed me some of the new E-Cycles and inventory on sale.Great service and excellent people to deal with.See you again soon guys!

This is my preferred spot to bring my bike for repairs or upgrades. The service here is great and turn around time is good too. They have a competitive shop rate and don't push anything not needed or wanted. They do quotes and offer solid advice. I always recommend them to friends and family. Try them out!

This is the best bike shop in Calgary! Knowledgeable and experienced staff, really great bikes and options for accessories. If you are looking for custom, used bikes, or even e-bike rentals, CCC is the first stop you should check out!

I just happened to come across this place and popped in . The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. they even lent me a helmet so I could try one of the zero bikes , great experience!

I needed to sell my bike but didn’t want to deal with buyers coming to my home or waste time with buyers that weren’t serious.I researched bike shops in Calgary and found that CCC offers a sale on consignment service.Once CCC inspected my bike, we agreed on sales price. They detailed it, and took care of all the advertising, as well as dealing with potential buyers.Once the bike was sold, CCC wrote me a cheque immediately. As it turned out, CCC was able to sell my bike for more than our originally agreed to price so my cheque was higher than expected (nice surprise).The sales staff is courteous, respectful, and gave me more than a fair price fir my bike.Very Happy Customer!

I've tried a number of times over several years to do business with these folks and they consistently disappoint; I ask for pricing/availability on specific products and I get a general 'oh yeah, we can get that'...but there is never follow through.Tried again this week; waited a couple of days just for someone to get back to me and first question I get asked was 'have you already gone somewhere else...because I dont want to waste my time if you have'. Really?!? is that how you speak to customers who have made the effort to reach out to you AND you 've already wasted THEIR time? Then more promises of 'can get you a quote right away' and not hear back; called back myself to figure out why this is stalled again and find out that they did nothing...Gave 2 stars because maybe there is hope when you actually get the to point of exchanging money for products/service...but I've never made it to that point.

Not enough room here to put all my comments.This is my first Harley and I felt welcome from the first phone call with Brent, until I drove my new purchase off their lot.These guys are truly amazing.Brent, made himself available every time I called, even when he was running Daddy" daycare. He is very positive and upbeat. What a great shop to be found by anyone looking to buy a motorcycle. I traveled from another province as I found their pricing and the condition of their motorcycles was great. I bought my first street fighter type bike from them and I am extremely happy for that bike to join my others in my garage. The staff was awesome to meet and helpful in everything from going over the bike to helping me load it. This is the first time I have ever financed a bike as I usually pay for them in cash. They made the experience quick and painless. I have already shared my awesome experience with friends and family and have suggested this shop to several people looking for new bikes. They also do custom work and fabrication on bikes as I spied some beauties in the back while loading the bike. I hope to deal with them again in the future.

One of the best experiences in years of owning and purchasing many bikes. I saw the bike of my dreams on CCC's website, and being form another provine (BC), all our dealings with over the phone and by email. I found them to be honest to every details of their word, and had a hassle-free transaction, where I paid and they shipped me the bike along with its accessories and all the paperwork and detailed service records. The bike was exactly as advertised, and I can not be more happy with this purchase. Thanks CCC, and I hope to visit you in person soon!
