I had no idea a facial could be a form of therapy or that I could fall asleep while having my eyebrows waxed. Arnica, true to her name, has incredible healing powers. Don’t get me wrong, I love the perfect eyebrows, unbelievable eyelashes, and glowing skin. But my visits with her have become a kind of therapy for my body and soul. I have a very high stress job in health care. Nothing makes me unwind like one of her facials. I get many compliments on my skin and people ask how I’m accomplishing “reverse aging”. The array of facials with massages and special skin treats are every girls’ dream. They make me glow from the inside out. A special thank-you to all the lovely ladies at Sugar and Spice. You truly go above and beyond in all that you do.

I have been seeing Arnica for skin care and brows since she has opened her business in Kamloops. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all things in the skin care world. She is great at making skin assessments and catering a regiment that will work best for you. All the ladies that work at Sugar and Spice are above the rest. My first time. A little tricky to find.Very relaxing and the service lady was very friendly. My only complaint, the package I purchase said that it came with an arm massage but I never received one.

Such a cute little oasis! Stephanie was an absolute pleasure; she ensured I was comfortable throughout the process and the finished product of my lash lift and tint was spectacular. I could not be happier! The hand massage was also a nice bonus and helped passed the time waiting for my lashes to tint. Would highly recommend!

Recently went in to get lip blushing done by Arnica and my experience was absolutely awesome. She was super friendly and professional and really made me feel totally comfortable through the whole process, not to mention the AMAZING results. Got an eyelash lift and tint and brow wax and tint and love it so much! I haven't had to wear any mascara and my eyelashes looks so long and healthy. I really love how my eyebrows were shaped to frame my face. Will be doing this service frequently! Thanks Liz and Arnica!
