Ron was a good inspector, but I was on a time crunch to receive the inspection report and was told I would have the report the next morning. However, by the next evening I did not have the report so I called just to ask when it might be done. As soon as I told him who I was and had barely said a word, he was very rude to me. He acted annoyed that I was asking when I might have the report. He made me feel very uncomfortable and for that, I would not recommend him.

I used Ron at Sterling Home Services to perform a home inspection on a home that I am currently in the process of purchasing. He was very thorough in the inspection and the report that he provides is extremely detailed - it even included diagrams for the how things should be correctly set up. From a roof in need of replacing to a missing tub stopper, Ron made sure to note everything that he saw in the home. During the inspection he was very nice and made sure to cover anything that I had questions on - going through the basics of maintenance for a few items as this is my first home purchase. I had a couple of questions for him after I received the report and he was very quick to respond and provide additional clarification. Professional, detail oriented, nice, and full of knowledge on requirements in the entire home - what more could you ask for? If you need an inspection in the area I highly recommend Ron!

Ron was super professional. He was there early and stayed until he felt the job was done. I was encouraged to follow him around as he went through the home. This was my first home I was purchasing. I appreciated his explanation on anything that he found while going through each room. He educated me on what was a serious problem and what was something I could slowly work on over time. He even labeled the switches on my furnace. This was something I really appreciated, since homeownership is something new to me. I was very pleased with the overall service and his attention to detail. I would hire him again if I ever decide to purchase another home in the future.

Ron Hanson was a fantastic inspector. Very, detailed report with photos emailed to me within 24 hours. Fortunately, he was able to find additional things wrong with the house saving me from a bad investment. Very knowledgeable and gives great tips on home maintenance. Would definitely recommend!

We bought our first home a year ago and Ron was our inspector. Both my husband and I were present at the home inspection and we thought Ron did a thorough job. We walked around with him and asked him questions the entire time, which he was able to answer in a way that we could understand. Our house was built in the mid-fifties and needs some work, and Ron did a great job laying out which repairs or maintenance should be top priority. Also, he has a great list of connections - we are currently working with a masonry company he recommended and we are very pleased so far.
