Great experience. I had water leaking from my refrigerator. Service desk was responsive and an appt was immediately set. Technician was thorough, nice, and totally helpful. Couldn’t have been better!

Very thorough and honest assessment of my problem. Turns out it wasn't even my appliance, it was my vents! They were very courteous and professional. I'd use them again if the need arose!

The repair person was great. He called when he was running late and fixed our machine on the same day. He was very friendly and came out the day after we called. The machine is running great now and he gave us tips to keep it that way.

The repairman showed up the same day, even though I live slightly outside of Winnipeg. Fixed my washer. Was very pleasant to talk to. I will call this company again if I need an appliance serviced.

I was very pleased with the service; as my Thermador oven is 10 years old replacement parts aren’t readily available but they got my board reworked so that I don’t have to replace my oven just yet. Very knowledgeable and courteous too!

The technician did a great job on my Bosch washer. I must say he is over worked. I believe He could use help to evenly distribute the work load. Despite all that he was friendly and prompt. And I will remember him for future work as well.
