Prior to the install of the CCTV cameras I had exchanged text and phone calls with Shawn to ensure I am educated more on the product. Shawn was amazing in his response and addressing all my questions. On the day of install Shawn and Steven were on site to check how to best set up the CCTV cameras. As Steven was doing the install he was amazing in his craft while also explaining to me what he was doing and answering my 100 questions LOL. The job took a bit longer than anticipated but that is to be expected as noone can know what is behind every wall. The reason they got 5 stars for me is not only for the work that was done in my new home but also the service and prompt replies to my questions even post install. Thank you Shawn and Steven for the work you done at my home and going out of out your way to help others.

Sound Theory has done a couple of jobs for my business (security cameras, thermostats, audio, wiring, electrical), as well as one for my house. Shawn and his crew are always professional, friendly, punctual, and work with you to make sure everything is exactly to your specs. Highly recommended.
