I arrived 15 minutes after the opening time and the guy who was supposed to work wasn’t there. I waited 20 minutes and he still didn’t show up. Very unprofessional

Suspended my phone and paid to keep the pone number but later after few month , I requested to activate it again and paid the cost again but when try it , it was not in service and not registered!!! Calling Customer service , I was told it is not in exist !!! It means I lost it an it was given to lother provider .POOR RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I lost my phone and chip. I was served in less than 3minutes with my replaced chip to be ready accessible. I like how this company goes out of their way to beat the other competition, for the customers complete, and guaranteed satisfaction.

Chatr is my provider, and I had visited the store to consider purchasing a new phone, and to discuss the possibility of changing my plan. Two staff were in the store, one busy with another customer...the other kinda just...there.I looked at the mobiles on display for some time, before he says...'ya want somethin'?' ...I inquired about a few of the display handsets, and he immediately mentioned that 3 of them were out of stock (without offering up any other alternative routes to obtain a phone, like online or another location). I then asked about Chatr plans, and what was currently offered. The guy seemed utterly bored and told me to go online to check out their plans!Seriously?!I am actually considering finding a new provider following this experience. After I left the shop, I watched a pair of young (his age) women enter the store...he swooped in like a hawk..all smiles and enthusiasm.I'm not that old...nor that unattractive...but this guy sure made me feel that I was!!

I spoke with Sandeep on the phone, about my data not working properly. He explained kindly he could fix this problem within 5 minutes and so he did. Within 10 minutes everything was working perfectly. Thanks Sandeep for your professional and friendly service.

Came here to pay a bill, guy over the counter couldnt care less with his non chalant attitude.Customer service? Zero.Rather go to my regular spot.

Only one person on, was queing for 10-15 minutes. Guy behind desk was helpful, was able to troubleshoot and solve my data issue.

Great service at this location! Hussain is super friendly and always gives great advice. I’ve been with chart for a few years and couldn’t be happier with the store, and his service!
