We had our front door replaced. Torwin is not a manufacturer and is dependent, as most such companies are, on the supply chain timelines once the order is placed. This year there seemed to be about a 3-4 month delay between placement of an order for a front door and its delivery to the installing company. Torwin was very responsive to our initial call and the estimator scheduled a visit to the house and provided the estimate quickly within a few days. We had estimates from other companies and Torwin’s price for the same type of door (metal) and multi-point contact lock was not the least expensive and not the most expensive —- a little higher than average. The installation was done within a few days after Torwin received the door. The installer was well organized, removed the old door and casing, and cleaned up well when finished. There were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to the door after installation and Torwin arranged for the installer to return the same day for one adjustment and within a few days for the second adjustment —— good service in that regard.

We had a great experience with Torwin for our recent door and window replacement project. The entire Torwin team was friendly, helpful, efficient, and respectful, and the install was fast and smooth. The products we chose have provided much better insulation and a modern update to our home. We're very happy with our investment and definitely recommend Torwin to anyone wanting to update their windows and/or doors.

We replaced the windows in our 100+ year home. The Torwin windows look great (white outside, black outside), are super easy to operate, have the best energy rating. Also, the company found a pragmatic solution to fit a window in front of our stained glass so we could retain that original detail of the house.

Torwin is a great company to work with for new windows. The ordering process was simple and the installation was clean and done properly without any damage. I will be going back to Torwin for other products.

Torwin installed three basement windows and two doors in my home. I am generally satisfied with the work -- the team was professional and the workmanship seems good. There is however room for improvement -- the installers started to caulk around the doors where they installed mouldings. This was only done partially with the majority of caulking ignored. I spoke with Torwin, but they never actually followed up. They booked a time, I waited, but no one showed up. I ended up having to finish the caulking myself.

I am unfortunately unsatisfied with the quality of windows I had installed. The windows were installed about two years ago. My issues are with large gaps that were caulked with no backer rod which failed and sunk in. They are also not sealing well. I discovered this winter that all 3 windows Torwin installed have airflow coming in through the same spots. The sliding portion of the window does not seal well at all. The sills also get very cold, and considering they lack of backer rod used outside I suspect the gaps inside were not insulated.

This is the second time I have bought vinyl windows from Torwin. Once again the Torwin installers did really fantastic job! They arrived right on time. The windows look great and everything was very nicely cleaned up! The windows are very durable and elegant. I highly recommend Torwin.
