Excellent service!! Contacted the seller who was nice enough to send me a photo of the knife before I purchased. Knife has arrived to Miami from Canada in excellent condition. I had a great experience ordering from Thunderbird Gear. I placed my order and it was promptly shipped, but they accidentally shipped me the wrong bits. When I contacted them they shipped me the correct bits and told me to keep the other ones. Great customer service and fast shipping, I will be ordering my next knife from them!

The Tactile Rockwall I bought was off centre and pretty gritty. I asked Thunderbird if they would warranty it and they directed me to Tactile who sent me back to Thunderbird who had me pay to ship it back for service. Unfortunately the knife came back not fully assembled and with the same problems it left with. I would have appriecated an exchange for a item without issues but instead I just sold it and took a loss. They sell nice products but I would second guess buying from them again. I have only bought one knife from Thunderbird so this experience might be uncommon.

My Tactile Rockwell arrived in one day by Canada Post. That in itself was amazing! But finding a Tactile Rockwell knife in Canada and in stock was even a bigger surprise.The manufacturing date is 3/3/22 and it was in my hands by 31/3/22! A 27 day old knife is another first. Adding some free swag to the box was also a very nice touch and greatly appreciated :).So a shout out to Kevin Cleary for suggesting this store!

So I ordered a rather expensive knife from Thunderbird gear. The process was so easy and without any hiccups. The website utilizes 'shop.app' which makes the process so easy and will update you from the moment you pay until it arrives at your door. I cannot stress enough how much this comforts me when making a large purchase and shows that Thunderbird is taking steps to be ahead of others in the space.Now once my order arrived at my door, I opened the package and was surprised to find that they threw in some extras. When I say this remember my order was quite a lot; I got some stickers, a pen and a field notes book. I had absolutely no idea that these were being thrown in, although they might not be expensive it just comes to show that they put in that little extra effort to make customers happy. KEEP IN MIND: I don't know if they include this in every order or ones over a certain value.I will 100% be buying more gear from Thunderbird in the future without a second of thought or doubt. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Always very helpful and informative when I have called in with question. and when I purchased a Tactile Bexar Slipjoint it arrived in 1-2 days.Will continue to do business with this business
