UPS is an ABSOLUTE JOKE & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.My package came but they didn't have my unit number so they sent me an email notification as it was already being sent back to the sender. NO sticky note on the front doors, NO email notification to allow me to give them the correct unit number, N0 attempt to get me my package at all or resolve the delivery issue like any other delivery service would do. Just sent it back & notified me once it was already to late. I REALLY NEEDED THAT DELIVERY !!!Calling the customer service was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any company. The first laughable customer service" employee just kept talking over me & reading the UPS script like he was a robot

It seems like the only people who write reviews are negative ones - so I'm hoping this positive review will help balance it out a bit! I have been using UPS for years now for one of my companies, and the drivers this passed year have been AMAZING. These two guys who do the North Van/Deep Cove run are the best. Seriously, the nicest guys, the best customer service - they are so lovely!!!!!! I think people have to remember that shipment companies are doing their best, getting yelled at by people every day because their ONLINE ORDERS don't show up OVERNIGHT. This is such a first world problem, and all the negative reviews on here are just awful. The employees here have to listen to people screen at them because they are so impatient. Have some grace, they are just people trying to do the best they can. I love the service I've had with this company, and YES there have been a couple late shipments, but it all worked out in the end, as it always does. thank you for your hard work and thank you to the two drivers who always drop our shipments in North Van, you guys are awesome and always make my day!

Hmm unfortunately I am one of the hundreds if not thousands of victims of this particular UPS location. My package has not arrived and the delivery time has been extended 3 times... It has been a few weeks now. *Update* Now they have informed me that the package has been damaged and will be returning it to the sender....Seems like this company enjoys destroying the trust of their customers and clients as there have been absolutely no resolution to how they manage their logistics!

My first 1-star review on Google. UPS should close this location or at least try not to call it “customer” center.Facts: my package stayed in Vancouver after arrival for 10 days up till now. I made 10 (exact) calls to address the correct delivery address and it is still wrong in their system. A couple of false guarantees from their customer service. Zero respond for complains. Industry low.

The UPS driver at this warehouse location has been stealing packages, and it has happened twice in a row. Even if you call and inform the UPS supervisor, he continues to steal without hesitation. It's necessary to have the driver responsible for the Rupert, Renfrew, Joyce and Commercial Drive areas (coming from the Richmond location for delivery) fired. He has stolen packages for two consecutive days pretending to have delivered them to the customers using Met Customer" status. and it's the first time my package has been stolen. Even if you inform multiple UPS supervisors in advance to change the delivery method to pick up at the UPS Access Point (UAP)

Pardon my language, but the lady at the counter working with the slightly curled hair is a disrespectful, unprofessional, and useless worker. I came here asking politely to see where my package is located and if it was possible to check the storage room, and her response back was “I’ve been here for 5 years and I am confident in my intellect and I know whether a package has arrived or not.” Why on earth does she tell me a 10 minute story about how long she has been with the company when she could have just searched for my package. I still have not gotten my package yet and will be back and ready to file a complaint. The one star I am being generous offering to this location is only because the workers that control the traffic flow were helpful and friendly as to where I need to go. Again, this place is completely normal until you enter the building to receive your package.

UPS is terrible. Please save your time and money. The driver keeps lying that he had tried to deliver when I literally sat there the whole day to make sure. My concierge was there and there is camera as well. I'VE WAITED 7 DAYS AT MY LOBBY (still counting)!!!! Stay away from this company.

The worst of the worstI've never felt so compelled to write a negative review. Just look at the 800+ negative 1-star reviews here dating back several years. I'm adding my own review, so you know things haven't changed.People only find out about this location as a last resort. Unfortunately, if you're reading this, you're probably coming here soon. You also probably already tried to resolve any issues through their customer service phone line (which is a frustrating process with the automated menus). Your issue gets tossed around like everybody says. No customer incident is new to them. Everything is a routine and they have a script of pretend-play. By the way, I'm not talking about UPS as a whole, but rather the customer-facing crew that works here. I ended up calling this place, which somehow made things worse, forcing me to come here.First of all, give yourself a good 2 hours to finish your business here, most of which will be spent waiting. They only allow 2 people in at a time, so you'll be standing out there rain or shine, or lining up behind other cars. There's no visible queue, and no staff enforcing a queue. Also be wary of their short hours of operation.Once inside, there's only 1 person working at the kiosk. The other person just stares at the phone and won't be helping you. Hopefully your matter is resolved here, and you're done and out. Tons of signage telling you not to verbally assault the people here.They are quick to collect payment. For anything else, it just gets dragged on and on, referring to imaginary/non-existent supervisors, pretending to do stuff behind the closed door (you know they're not doing anything back there, but just wasting your time). Person at the kiosk would continually say they'll check with some supervisor at the back.The 1-star rating is too generous. Come prepared to be absolutely disappointed, and leave feeling scammed and helpless. I honestly believe that the customer-facing crew that work at this facility have the mindset of scammers. Incompetence at the highest level!

I lived in an apartment building in Richmond. My concierge was responsible taking the package and the UPS guy did have access to my building (UPS know where and how to drop the parcels to my concierge). In past 2 months, I had 3 packages coming via UPS and all of them were skipped by the UPS driver. The driver did come, but he didnt bother to bring the package from the truck to my concierge, instead he came, dropped couple other small items, and marked my package as receiver refused delivery and sent it back to merchant. There is no phone call, no notification, no communication. just lies and my packages were simply being treated as undeliverable. Every time I have to explain the situations with the merchants... For the record I was not ordering something with big size or heavy, two of my packages were a box of lego, and third one was some chocolate from Godiva.. I am very frustrated and dont understand why...I have never ever experienced a courier doing business like this. All other couriers delivery were happily taken by my concierge and nothing like this happen before...Dont expect you fix my issue, I will try my best avoiding UPS, do hope you know what is going on and you can understand how poor is your service in Richmond.

Most horrendous experience I have ever had dealing with any shipping company, plus a complete lack of customer service.Have waited for many hours (multiple times) on hold to apparently be connected with a supervisor, just to be hung up on or disconnected on their end. No one at that UPS center has any intentions of helping or resolving any issues.Do everyone a favor and don't claim you are a customer service center" when you clearly have no intention of properly handling any customer issues.ZERO out of 5 stars is my rating."
