We use this company for the past few years to send parcels to backhome.Amazing service!No issues!And there is parcel pick up service from home in north GTA to free of charge.Super convenient since I can't go far with three kids.Recommend!

The guy who is in the front is very very friendly and helpful.I never ever saw a guy like him in canada till now.I went there as a truck driver and he came from inside by himself without asking for help in backing the container.I think the 5 star rating is not enough for him and he should be awarded by owner every year for his kindness.

I wanted to make an update on my previous comment . Eventhough I had this unpleasant experience with Atlantic Express I need to add that after my complaint the company had called me to apologize and offered a credit in certain amount that I could use in my next parcel shipping. The girl that I spoke to was very polite and in a king manner she explained their fault.While my next visit at their office I met Arleta - very professional and acknowledged girl who in a very kind manner help me with the parcel. She is always very nice and is willing to help. I am truly glad they had called me and that I can continue using their service.Now, I will continue recommending their service.

Atlantic Express Canada has no professionalism and no obligation to safely delivered parcels to Europe.I have been dealing with them for almost 4 weeks to help me locate my parcel which was lost. All I heard is nothing we can do. Patently parcel was delivered to receiver with NO PROOF OF DELIVERY.After battle for almost 4 weeks I have no parcel delivered, I lost my parcel with brand new shoes worth it about 30$ and I paid for a service. They don’t want to returned me any of cost of it . They send me to deal with courier company at the other end. You kidding me. I did sent parcel with you and I pay you. Not with courier in Poland.Any person answering the phone at Atlantic Express Canada is NOT nice. It’s upset because I’m calling with the complain. Completely ignoring costumers and provide very poor service.DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM. They take NO responsibility for any lost or damage.
