The area is quite nice and so are the grounds but the service, or lack there of, leaves a lot to be desired.The cabin we rented was dirty and clearly hasn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. The fans in the main area and bedroom are so dirty that there is serious dust build up on the ceilings all around it. The bugs hadn't been cleaned out of the light in who knows how long and it affected the lighting in the main room. It was so bad, as you can see in the pictures, that I had to do it myself just to be able to get proper lighting. To add to that, the dust bunnies under the beds are huge. For the cost of the cabin it should be clean and I'm very disappointed by this. There were no staff to talk to to get this rectified which is why I had to deal with the light myself in the first place.The toilets are far from the cabins and not cleaned well either. The stalls are different sizes, one so small, you are pushed by the toilet paper holder if you try and use it.They have a BBQ to use but no equipment like tongs or spatulas making it quite difficult to actually use.Overall, the place is decent but doesn't deserve the price they charge given the lack of actual cleaning or staff on hand for anything.

Rented a cabin for 2 nights. Not a big, crowded camping area. Love the showers facility with lot of hot water.

I love it there. Our boat is parked there for the whole summer. People are nice and service is great. Bathrooms are clean.

Mediocre campground. Small beach covered in seaweed. Sign at the pool says for Marina guests only. Filthy campground washrooms, but the marina washrooms are spotless. Campsites are nice and level with good shade and nice view of the river. Firewood from the store mostly just makes a lot of smoke. Excellent location. Close to local attractions. Should be priced about 50% lower. Then it would be a great value.

Great campground! Beautiful large grassy sites, some mature trees but still nice and sunny. We didn't book in time to get a waterfront site, but there was still a nice view to the shoreline. Beach nearby (follow the path ~2km West, we walked because we were under the impression it was more like 1km; would probably drive next time). Bathrooms clean. Helpful staff. Will definitely come back!

On this occasion we visited Locomotive 1008 and Adultsville station. It is very nicely decorated. I hope we manage to save Locomotive 1008.

Absolutely the worst experience in my 35 years of boating. No services no maintenance, a true government organisation where no one cares. They only want your money then get lost.Try talking to a responsible person over the phone, good luck. Do not leave your boat there for the summer.
