From the moment I first reached out to Brad about classes, it was clear that he is not only hugely passionate and knowledgeable about acting, but that he is also conscious of making new students feel comfortable, while also ensuring they get maximum value from the course. His constructive feedback is always delivered in a supportive way but it personally helped me to challenge myself and to better apply myself to the art of acting. The classes never feel rushed and everyone gets their dedicated time to rehearse scenes and monologues in a safe and supportive space. I feel like after a few months, I already understand far more about what work is expected of a great actor and the tools which can be used to get you there. I am already looking forward to my next classes at the studio and would recommend that anyone looking for classes as a seasoned performer, or a first-timer, gets in touch with Brad!

I've attended many acting schools throughout my life, and it's always a mixed bag when you try a new place-- is it going to be a great place to learn? Will I take away real practical skills? Will the environment be safe and respectful? I found Milne Studios through Google, and had all of these questions before I attended.I can confidently say that all of the criteria I look for in a solid studio are here.There are options for in-person and online classes so students are able to learn in the most comfortable way possible for them.Those newer to acting will appreciate the gentle but informed guidance of teachers who do not shy away from technique based exercises too often ignored by film and television schools.Those who have been in the game longer will appreciate the reconnection with fundamentals we so often forget, in addition to the kind of screen training we're used to. Advanced classes are an opportunity to keep your camera skills sharp, and make new discoveries.So far I have trained with Brad and Jason, and both have been knowledgable, and respectful of actors' creative choices, while still supporting them through direction and adjustment. I've seen them work with different people, and am always aware of how safe the students feel with them, and what an opportunity that gives the artists to make bold choices and take risks.This place is *not* about inducing anxiety to keep you coming back for more classes, it's not about the ego of the teacher (both of which are huge red flags). It's somewhere that's truly all about the students and helping them grow into the best artist they can be. In many ways it's ahead of its time, and part of the newer, more respectful industry we are thankfully moving toward.If you're already a professional, then this is a great place to keep active. If, like me, your life is a bit too busy at the moment for regular classes, then the private coaching option is a wonderful opportunity to explore your craft and keep sharp.They have different self taping options (virtual and in-person) available as well. I genuinely enjoy doing my self tapes here; rather than just" an audition

Brad is amazing, he got me a rushed spot right away to run over my scenes and monologues for a College audition. I first met Brad maybe a year before and was in the group classes. I was so stressed out but he managed to get me to focus on the material and even added a few brilliant ideas. A few days later, I was accepted into George Brown! Truly couldn't have done it without his expertise. Thank you so much, Brad! Would 100% recommend this studio to anyone.

The Milne Studio 48-hour acting Bootcamp was a phenomenal experience! Under Brad's guidance, I found myself digging into the monolog, plotting a course, diving into the depths of the character, and ascending with both an intense emotional connection and underlying nuances to add to my performance and to carry forth to my craft. I look forward to studying and working more with Brad. Highly recommend!

My daughter participated in the Teen Acting Camp this summer. It was an enlightening and an incredibly worth while experience for her. There are many “acting” camps and schools out there, but this one is on another level. The class size and structure ensured that everyone got to develop their skills. My daughter came away with a sense of achievement and understanding of how to develop a career in the industry. Brad went the extra mile to bring in support and conduct follow-up post camp. Extremely professional management and an intense learning experience. Definitely a great choice for those students considering a career in the field.

I haven't even started my lessons with Brad but I want to drop this review. I am new to the acting business and have just started exploring, researching and contacting acting schools. I usually select a place after I speak to the people over there...so my first step was to call everyone and see how the people are because after all I am trusting them with my career. I spoke to Brad a few days ago, he was driving and in the middle of something , yet he sounded so welcoming, he gave me all the information in detail, did not rush at all, and I could tell..he's a thorough professional. Thank you so much Brad for taking the weight off my shoulders...I have been going mad looking for the right acting schools. I think I've got my answer now. I will see you soon :)

I came to Milne studio about 8 months into my acting journey in hopes of gaining some new perspective and I have not been disappointed. Brad and Jason create a friendly and encouraging environment for students to learn and take risks in, while also providing constructive criticism and insight into the film & television industry. My acting skills are noticeably sharper and my confidence has increased immensely since I started studying at Milne Studio. My approach to acting is so much stronger than what it was just a few months ago. Brad’s positivity and determination to get his students out of their comfort zone and into the scene is what sets him apart the most. He is consistent and does not give up.

When it comes to providing a safe and fun environment with fully comprehensive training for any actor, than you don’t have to look further than Milne studio. Their staff is amazing, attentive, supportive and bring a straightforward approach to understanding the role. It is rare to see a coach that not only teaches the theory, but can demonstrate it by putting in into practice right in front of you. Brad is one of those coaches.

I’ve been taking the virtual acting classes at Milne Studio for several months now and have had the absolute pleasure of working with Brad and Jason. There is only one word to describe my experience with both Brad Milne and Jason Weinberg, and that is the word soul. The amount of individual attention that these gentlemen provided their students is beyond what I could have ever expected. They are more than just acting coaches, but have become my friends and mentors. They are always available in or outside of class to speak about the acting process and have shaped me into the acting warrior I am today.Both of these gentlemen have played an integral part to my recent success. Coming from a Theatre background over a decade ago with no experience with film, in just a few classes I’ve seen an extraordinary amount of success in getting auditions, callback’s and bookings.
