The ordering process was seamless and easy to accomplish what I needed.

Ordered a lift Friday, for Monday delivery. 9 am came and went as did 10 am. Got in touch and was advised they were running a little late, and that my lift would be here by 11:30-12 pm at the latest. That's fine I say. 12 30 I start wondering. But figure I give the extra 15 mins before calling. I take a walk and find my lift left out front of the store. Since they were told to deliver to receiving you would think that's where it would go.....I call back and the nice person told me her driver was instructed to put it out front by the blonde haired receiver. Well since everyone here looks like a brunette I think he wasn't at the right receiving. What pisces me off is that the person taking my call said her driver wouldn't make stuff up. Apparently I would? Not the first time but since company gives me free reign to order my own lifts, I shall see which other company takes instructions and wants the business. You all may want to try the same.

I made arrangements with your sales rep. Hasban Ahmed to have the lift on site for 7AM today with the option of dropping it off the day before. It is now 907AM and my three employees are still waiting for the lift to arrive. We have a limited amount of time to work in this factory and this may cost me more than the wasted time I am paying three employees to stand outside waiting for a lift. I will never deal with Hasban again. He was very good at convincing me to give him my business then he lied to me.

The equipment, service was great. The pricing is competitive. Unfortunately, I had to go to the office to provide my license, so that was a long trip. It would be nice to be able to provide my license electronically. The location on commissioners street is no longer.

Almost always can get equipment on short notice with reliable delivery.
