Rexall

Our doctor asked us which pharmacy we used to send my baby’s prescription to. We don’t have a pharmacy, so I picked Rexall on Fitch. What a mistake! I walked in, trying to be friendly and told the pharmacy assistant that my doctor called in a prescription for my baby. She proceeded to give me a hand gesture and a rude expression as if I was wasting her time. I can’t imagine she had that many terrible customers by 9:30 in the morning so I am assuming she just hates her job and likes to show it. We have called our doctor to ask him to send the prescription to another Rexall as I will never return here solely based off of her professionalism. I realize that some people do not like their jobs, but they should probably try to be friendly when working with clients. Clearly, some workplace training is needed here.**I looked for a name tag but she wasn’t wearing one (most likely because she knows people would complain about her). She has yellow hair, 50-60years old. However, based on other reviews I see, it’s clear that nothing will actually be addressed. Just avoid this pharmacy if you like having nice people to deal with

This pharmacy is one of the worst ive ever witnessed. I would never recommend this location as the people in the back are unprofessional, unknowledgable, rude, and poor work ethic. I would give 0/5 if it was an option.Before I rated this location 4/5. I understand now that they do not know how to do there job whatsoever and it definately takes some screaming in order for there brain cells to start working.I would not recommend this location nor would I come back to get medications as I sit here and wonder how there even allowed doing the job in the first place. This is starting to make me have doubts in the management of Rexall all together. All the pharmaceutical staff should be fired and replaced with more professionalism. This is peoples medication you're dealing with and it feels like there trying to run a scam, best of luck with that.

Hands down the worse pharmacy in welland. They currently have a woman working behind pharmacy as an assistant? No clue, barely speak or understands English.Prices are never marked correctly or.up to date I'd double check you're bill 100%And the prices are ridiculous, shoppers drugged looks cheap in comparison

Would love to give a 0 for service, but can’t. First off, you should NOT be allowed to handle medications, especially prescribed narcotics, if you can’t speak at least one of Canada’s official languages. She had no clue as to what I was talking g about at the pharmacy counter and handed me the wrong meds. Great service if you want garbage service.

Pharmacist is absolutely brutal at his job and the Pharmacy staff are nearly just as rude. Horrible service, would avoid if possible.

We always seem to find incredible deals, specials, and discounts. Once you hit age 55 you are able to get a senior discount. Friendly and helpful staff, clean store and well lit. Sunday May 1st. No issues at all. Great discounts on clearance items. Friendly staff and cashier went above and beyond with her service. Posting discount rack pictures.

Pharmacy delivery driver needs to be fired. I'm sorry to sound like a Karen but when you give a seinors blister pack to a random stranger you should use your brain first!!! Now my grandmother is without her weekly medication because this blister pack has gone missing. I am furious.

Typical pharmacy..regardless of your medical issues, they will fill your script when the are g dam ready. Expect to wait by your phone all day. Truly disturbing.

This Pharmacy is horrible. The staff is rude, they lose prescriptions that have been faxed over they never charge benefit cards right. Your lucky I'd they even pick up the phone when you do call. I have been here multiple times and each time is just as horrible as the last. The storefront staff on the other hand are great
