I brought him my engagement ring and my idea for a wedding band and he produced an exceptional and unique piece of work. Roger deserves more than 5 stars. His mastery as a goldsmith is only surpassed by his character: he is kind, respectful, and wise in a way that is hard to find today. He taught me about the importance of family and friends, and the dangers of materialism, all while repairing and restoring the beauty of my necklace. Received wonderful service from Roger - so helpful and kind. Went above and beyond to assist me with deciding which necklaces were worth repairing and which weren’t. Also gave me back the broken gold clasp and when I asked why I would want it back - he said ‘it’s gold’ . I said he could have as a tip and he said oh no he couldn’t do that but gave me a discount on the new clasp. He asked my name and said to come by and say hi if I was in the neighborhood again- and, I will. Such friendly and personal service is such a treat!

I can't recommend Elite Link enough--all of these 5-star reviews are well-deserved.I brought in an heirloom ring for resizing while traveling through Victoria. Roger accommodated my tight timeline and he was able to resize it between two standard sizes for me. He noticed the claws were worn away and the diamond was chipped, and was patient and kind in making sure I could see and understand.He resized it, reclawed the diamonds, and cleaned it. It looks beautiful and refreshed. I will be coming back to Roger for many years.
