Chris was timely in his followup to my initial call. He has a lot of expertise. The dye I bought from Ferrin's, who had ordered the match using the original code from the company that did the dye on my Flexsteel product, was not even remotely clise to the original dye color.Chris hand mixed leather pigment to match the original leather dye color. Application/feathering was well done and the match is very close. Once dry, he applied the appropriate top finish to reapproximate the sheen of the surface.Highly recommended. I will contact him again in the future if needed for other furniture issues.

Chris came out to examine a few furnitures that were messed up during my move here. He was able to take time to fix my entertainment cabinet’s top on the spot. For my dresser, he gave me the breakdown on how they can cover the scratches. Not completely cover due to some having deep scratches. He also gave me advice on how I can cover it myself. He looked at my broken drawer on the same dresser. I needed a new bracket for one side of the drawer because it broke. This is something I can do myself.Chris is definitely awesome! When I called to see if they could take a look at my couch, I expected to have a diagnostic visit and then a separate repair visit. Not only did Chris come out almost immediately after I called to take a look at the issue, he was able to identify the problem (a manufacturing defect) and repair it in the same visit.
