Attentive. Amazing. Caring. Dr.Khoury even takes time to have a conversation with you to answer any questions in full details ! I highly recommend them. I am a very anxious person with dental visits. Dr.Khoury makes me feel calm everytime.

I was skeptical to find and replace my previous dentist for 15yrs, but downtown area is quite a drive for me now, I needed to find one closer to home. Lumident had met my expectations, I am impressed! From the moment you walked in the clinic, you will feel the sincerity of their welcoming greetings. I also appreciate their bilingualism. Ms. Gomez (dental hygienist) was gentle and professional, she explains well too. The whole team is great! Before I stepped out, I decided to book for my husband’s first appointment with them too because I liked the vibe chez Lumident.

Incredible service. From the super friendly and helpful receptionist to the exceptional hygienist and amazing dentist, I’m incredibly happy to have found this clinic. I’m usually uneasy going to the dentist but the whole team made sure that my appointment would be exceptional and pleasant and couldn’t be more thankful. 100% recommend!

I had my second appointment today and I am impressed with the whole experience.Dr Stephanie Diab, was very professional. She explained the whole procedure, kept on checking on me the whole time to make sure that I have a painless experience. My experiences at Clinique Lumident have always been exceptional. First impression: the clinic is extremely clean.The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating when scheduling my appointments. My work schedule is not easy to work around but they always manage to find a way. All of the dental hygienists that I have been in contact with thus far have been amazing. Chantal, the dental hygienist that usually does my cleanings is beyond sweet! She makes me feel very comfortable every time I go. She is great at answering my questions. And of course Dr.El-Khouri is phenomenal! He is very professional. He knows what he is doing. Whenever I have an issue with my teeth he takes the time to explain to me why I have this problem and what solutions he can offer. He is kind and creates a nice bond with his clients. He has done aesthetic work on my teeth such as adding composite to fill in chips or make my teeth look proportional. I get many compliments on my teeth after Dr.El-Khouri perfected my shape. He also recently performed a gum graft surgery on me to fill in a recessed gum on top of my canine tooth. The procedure went smooth. I would highly recommend this clinic. They offered a 5 star service and don’t make a visit to the dentist so scary.

Brought my child here for their first dentist appointment.I was already impressed by the service received when making the appointment by phone, receptionist was very kind.On the day of the appointment again the receptionist was friendly.The hygienist was cordial, gentle and patient and took the time to explain each step to my child.The dentist was efficient and kind.Overall a great experience, and would highly recommend.
