Took my SUV in for detailing and they did an amazing job. Not a dog hair in sight, my car looks like new. Great customer service and nice team. I would highly recommend them.

worst dealer ever. i bought a benz from them but they didn't told me it is oil leaking. i found out one day after and drive back to them, them never repair this huge problem. also i found lots of other problems later but they refuse to repair even though they promised this car is in good condition. never trust them.

Not only does the “real” place not exist anymore, but once they have your money, you are nothing to them.Will not return calls, or emails. No matter what you are asking them. Email address is no longer valid and working. Also this company and the new name “BING AUTO EMPORIUM” are NOT registered with the BBB.Sold me a truck with bad brakes, non existent 4x4, and an oil leak. Will not turn calls etc. Promised a lower rate after a year... that’s laughable.Filing a complaint with the BBB hoping I’ll get some response then. Sad it’s come to this.

Really surprised that they tell people “leases are loans, same thing.” Beware people make your own judgment. Nice building though. I heard they fired the Sales Manager that pulled that, I hope the F&I was reprimanded for her part in the phoney deal. Don’t prey on uneducated buyers.

A week prior to stopping in at the Aldergrove Save-A-Lot location I had my car stolen. Being a full-time student, holding down a full-time job and having this happen during the week leading up to final exams I was not in a great situation. Being a single female looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle on a used car lot in this desperate situation made me a bit hesitant. Upon my visit to Save-A-Lot I was blown away by the service, the kindness and the trustworthy sales approach. Not only was I welcomed with open arms by their team and owner, but I felt completely taken care of. I ended up purchasing a 2001 Rav 4 and couldn't be happier with it. They not only found me exactly the vehicle I was looking for but also provided me with a courtesy car until my Rav was ready to leave the lot (it had a rip in one of the seats that took a few days to repair). I had fun car shopping here, the atmosphere and people create a welcoming trustworthy environment. I have told all of my friends and family about this location and will continue to give credit where credit is due. Thank you for everything.

We bought a BMW Suv from this dealership. Shortly after we bought it, it began experiencing a mechanical issue. We live on Vancouver Island and expected the worst. But the dealership could not have handled it more admirably. Jesse (sales) and Tom (owner) stood by their product and even let me take it to my own mechanic in Victoria (a reputable BMW mechanic). They provided a company credit card to get it fixed, no questions asked. To find a dealership with this type of service, support, and honesty in Vancouver is amazing. I will be buying more vehicles from them and would recommend them to anyone.

Have had my car detailed a few times here. Excellent job. Staff pleasant and proficient. While waiting, hubby spoke with Jade. He is a very high energy, knowledgeable, go to sales rep on the lot. He is keeping his eye out for us on an SUV. Thanks Save-A-Lot!

Pros: helped me line up my dates with my VW buy back which was very cool.Very cool retro atmosphere and decor.Cons: transmission went on the certified" 2009 Ford escape I bought around 30 days after purchase.$3000 repair which they did nothing to help with the cost.The lubrico warranty i bought with the vehicle through the dealer ship is junk
