Phil was amazing. He came to our house on a Sunday morning to deal with a raccoon that had entered our attic. He repaired the soffit and fascia that was damaged, and installed a one way door that allowed the raccoon to exit and not get back in. Phil made two subsequent visits to our house to check on the status of the situation and to come and remove the one way door once the raccoon left (after five days). He also installed protection to prevent future issues. I would highly recommend Phil. Great service.

Called 6 different companies in a panick when we had chipmunks running around our living room and basement. Phil was the first to respond and the quickest to arrive.He was very efficient and immediately came up with a plan for removal. He followed up with us after to make sure no further guests had checked in, sealed all the entrances, and left us feeling relieved.As a homeowner dealing with any wildlife is a nightmare, Phil's many years of experience makes our nightmares seem like a normal day at the office which is exactly what we needed. Now I know who to call in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know.

This was our first experience having a racoon in the attic after having moved from the city to Simcoe County 2yrs ago. All I'm going to say is Phil took our call right away and got the job done. The raccoon left our attic within days. He is very passionate about his job and put us at ease every step of the way. He repaired the access point of entry as if it never happened. Racoon removal: Phil was great! He did a home inspection the day after we called, and found a large entry where a racoon and her family were living inside our soffit. He put in a one way door so they could exit but not re-enter. He was professional and knowledgeable about his work. I would definitely call on his services again if critters came a calling once more. Thank you Phil!!

Just moved to Wasaga last October and found we had something in our roof at the beginning of spring. Found SMWR on line and gave them a call ( Phil ). He was out at my property within 2 hours and started working on a solution. By the next day are racoons we're all out of my attic and we found peace and quiet again in our home. I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else the next time I had any other animal issues. He did an exceptional job and kept us informed of what was happening each step. We were in contact with each other for the next couple of days so he could verify there were no other babies left behind.

Highly recommend Phil and Simcoe Muskoka Wildlife Removal! As we were cleaning out our garage, we came across a large milk (or fox) snake. Irrational panic immediately ensued. I called Phil and he was at our place within the hour. The snake had moved into a harder to reach area but that was no problem for Phil. He found it and removed it humanely. Thank you Phil and the Simcoe Muskoka Wildlife Removal!!
